My father and myself took a atv to southwest motorsports to have some work done to the carburetor . We received it back muddy and dirty when we dropped it off clean . Upon the first test ride at our atv part the only place we can safely open the throttle all the way , the carburetor stuck wide open resulting in a small crash . We in the mean time had also dropped off a second atv to said shop , so we called them and explained whay happened and asked to please not touch the other bike currently in his possession. We were informed that it had already been fixed and worked on even though we had just dropped it off, and had a long line of atvs in front of us. When we arrived for the atv it was not ready , and had multiple parts missing or broken . When we showed the first bike to him and explained what had happened , he ripped the carburetor out in front of us destroying the carburetor boot in the process. He explained that it had a kink in the cable from “ taking the carb in and out “ only he was the only person to work on said carburetor, it was all brand new . I attempted to contact Russell and explain that we were not only not happy with the services , but now had more damages than ever before. He would not take my calls and had his employee Monico argue with me and try to say it was on us because we “ took the bike “ . Very dangerous and unprofessional work, one atv needs a new air boot, new throttle cable , new rear light , and the time to install it all . The other now now needs new upper plastics as well as some hardware that is still missing . At the end of the day we feel taken advantage of and disrespected by the way we were talked to my Russell as well as monico .
