      I was charged over the highest Interest and the payment is way over and was lied to on the term and I called to ask for my trade back and my money I put down and I was told I couldn't return the brand new vehicle that I purchased. I would like my money and my trade back and go somewhere else where I can find a better deal and better interest rate.

      This is sad to see the sales **** of this centenarian business go down the toilet. I filed a "request a quote" online on 05/07/24. The next day was contacted by a representative that passed me on to sales specialist. It was about a blazer ev. The model they had missed a some packages that we wanted and not our color of choice. I asked him what is the best price he could offer for us. At 52K we did not want it. Told him so. Then he asked me what is the best I would offer. I said if it is 49K I would seriously consider it despite it not being our choice of packages. He said he'll talk to his manager and get back to me. That is where things went nasty. His manager (JR) called **************************************************"What are you trying to achieve ?", "Why should i pay your taxes" He kept shouting several of these "whys " question without giving a reason why he as a seller was being confrontational about this...as if i am stealing food from famished people...the he asked how i was going to finance it...i said through my credit union...they he shouted "why should i send a runner to get your check". I said "when we bought an Equinox 7 years ago from you that is how we did it and it was fine". He then barked ..7 years ago was 7 years ago. Now is now. Wow ..I said "you know we have been loyal customers ...in the last 20 years we have bought 4 vehicles from you. And if you badger me like that we will stop considering you". Then obviously he shouted "Very good " and kept barking about his profit magins or whatever other terms about. It is his minion who asked me about the best offer...so i have no clue why he behaved like that. I must say this is not the Galles Chevrolet of 7 years go for sure. The 2024 Company is not one to be recommended and should be avoided like the plague...Luckily there are more pleasant Chevy dealerships in in ********* or ***********.

      ************** Golap was shopping over the over the phone for a 2024 Blazer EV. The **** on the vehicle is $57,100.00 after a $7,500.00 GM rebate the vehicle's price including taxes is $52,000.00 and ************** became very volatile and rude because he only wanted to pay $49,000 including taxes and he insisted to Mr. ***************** that the dealership should pay his sales taxes because he is a previous repeat customer and he would not take NO for an answer. ************** was very rude to 4 different employees while he was trying to get his price which was several thousand dollars under the dealership's cost. We wish ************** luck finding his Blazer or EV of his choice. Galles Chevrolet does not want him a s a customer at any price.

      Very rude and unprofessional sales Manager. Worst customer service. Treated us very poorly. Sales Manager ** needs to fine another line of Work! Aggressive, confrontational, combative and just down right mean.

      I purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS from Galles Certified in June of 2021. The vehicle was not what it was advertised online to be but unfortunately, I ended up being convinced to buy the vehicle at around $3000 more than the vehicle was advertised for by their underhanded tactics. Shortly after the dealership financed this car for me, I began having problems. The 3-month automobile "protection plan" expired before I could even get a license plate, and the dealership did absolutely nothing to help me whenever I'd call for help. The only thing they did at one point was "take a look at my brakes" because I had complained about them squeaking. After they "repaired" the brakes, they continued to make noise. I was told that some cars just have squeaky brakes, and the problem would probably go away on its own. It did not. I had to get the brakes repaired somewhere else. Since, June of 2021 until now, my vehicle has been in numerous auto shops over 14 times for issues outside of regular maintenance and currently does not run. The car has been inoperable for almost two months at a local auto shop. I wrote a letter to the ** of the dealership asking for a resolution to this issue and so far, I have been ignored. While I understand it's risky to buy a used vehicle, it should not give dealerships like this free reign to sell customers lemons and then not offer to repair the vehicle or negotiate a trade in. This frustrating situation has prompted me to seek outside help and I will do my best to make sure other people do not experience this type of situation. The vehicle they duped me into buying was definitely NOT "certified". I still owe THOUSANDS of dollars for the car and it's NOT running. How is THAT fair?

      Tried to upsell new rotors for a brake job never cutting the rotors but putting new brake pads on and telling me the brakes were pulsating and that I needed new rotors when I pressed the shop ******* to take the job over from the mechanic and from the intake specialist the brakes were fine but they almost got two rotors out of me never trust them again they lost my trust. The shop ******* cut the rotors never do a brake job with pads without turning the rotors they think they're talking to fools.

      I was in the process of buying a car but unfortunately with all of the add ons that the dealership added it was over my budget. I took the car back and the dealership was giving me a hassle about returning the car, knowing I could not afford the new price. As well as me never getting accepted for an auto loan. They kept my down payment and never gave it back!

      I purchased what I was told was a certified used truck and unfortunately was not. I bought the truck in July of 2022 and it has had a vibration problem since I bought it. I took it back within the first week after purchasing it and was told that the vibration was normal for that vehicle. Since then Ive taken it back 3 times for the same issue and nothing is being done about it it gets worse and worse every day. The last time I took it back it was September and it sat in the back lot for about 3 months and I never received a call from anyone regarding the issue. I finally kept going in person to check on it every week and they kept telling me that they were waiting for tires and someone to approve the purchase so that went on for another month and finally they just told me to take it home and nothing has still been done to fix the problem.This has to be the worst service **** Ive ever seen no customer service no return calls no good for nothing I would still like to be able to drive my truck one of these days but that cant happen until it gets repaired Thank you for the $60.000 yard ornament its just a shame I cant to more with other than look at it

      I am dissatisfy with the service provided. My 2012 Corvette was kept on an open lot for a month. My car is always garaged. If I had known it would be kept on an open lot for a month, I would have retrieved the vehicle and waited until the part arrived.For the four weeks, it was kept on an open lot at Galles, the vehicle was exposed to the elements. The vehicle had embedded residues from rain, dirt and bird droppings. The 60th anniversary stripping retained the most observable residue. Fortunately, I asked for the car washed before I drove away. Upon wiping down the vehicle, I noticed the roof had heavy dirt residue. I asked the attendant if he would remove the dirt from the roof. The attendant wiped it again, and the residue remained. I became angry. Upon receipt of the vehicle, I discovered the issues. I was told how my vehicle was stored outdoors during the four weeks waiting for the necessary part. The explanation implied that "this is the way in which the vehicle is kept when serviced." Thus, take it or leave attitude! I was frustrated and angry with the condition the vehicle was presented when returned to me. The service center sent the car to remove the residue from the striping. I am still not satisfied with the results. I will now have to pay the cost of the detail shop to go over the entire vehicle to get it back to the condition it was before I went to the service department.I bought my first Corvette from Galles in **** and another in 2011. My experience with the service department in the past has been good. I have always recommended **************** at Galles. The Corvette mechanics from ******* *** blessed, continue to provide the technical expertise. However, since moving to the new location, the quality of follow-up after service and pick-up of the vehicle has declined.I am a member of the New ****** ******************** and am friends with other NM club members. I will express my experience because I feel it was mistreatment of my vehicle. If y

      After arguing with their "doc signer" about not wanting a service contract for my new Tahoe, he slipped it into to our purchase contract anyway by slight of hand while ******* us through the paper work. Got home and noticed the bogus entry then. Called right away, but all voice mails were full. Went back as soon as I could. They said they'd cancel it. I'm fuming naturally. Told me that my $3,200.00, that I'm paying interest on, would be refunded (maybe) in 6 to 8 weeks. ??? Meanwhile it's their $$ for free. Should be FUBAR Chevrolet, not Gallas. I'll drive to ******** in the future.
