Power Ford in *********** is the worst **** dealership I have ever been to. The service department does not care about customer satisfaction. *********************** President and Managing Partner of Power Ford dismissed my complaints about the terrible job their service department had done on my car. After keeping my car at the Power Ford *********** service department for SIX MONTHS, my air conditioning did not work even though it was working perfectly when I left it six months earlier. ************** refused to take responsibility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND POWER FORD. Their customer service is giving *********** a bad name and reputation. ONE STAR OUT OF FIVE IS TOO MANY. I'm a retired high school teacher and I know when an F is warranted. Power Ford gets the worst possible grade in my book, an F.Power Ford Response

While in possession of my vehicle for 2 months, Power Ford, of *********** allowed $10K worth of damage to occur to my vehicle and failed to perform the initial repairs I sought. The vehicle may end up being considered a total loss. They pitifully waived a small diagnostic fee and offered a free detail as compensation. This has been a life-altering experience that will take at least another 2 months to resolve through my insurance. Boycott this ***************** them out of business! They don't deserve to be in business at all based on the many reports of this type of experience. Completely dishonest practices from start to finish. They should be ashamed of themselves. Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with, I purchased a used vehicle on 6/20/22, and almost as soon as I drove it off the lot it started having issues. When I went in to get the vehicle serviced they were unable to locate the warranty because it was never switched over. After finding this out it took 3 months to get in contact with the dealership and get the issue resolved. The dealership stated it was a "clerical error" but due to this the vehicle has had more damage and is barely operable at this point and is unable to be serviced for weeks. Don't waste your money here go to ***************** instead.Review from Adam W

Got my 2020 mustang GT serviced, the issue was with the pcm and so they recommend I reprogrammed it, and after i paid them to reprogram it. I had the same issue all over again with the same code and so I checked the actual pcm myself and noticed the wire was on my headers and it had melted, so I told them if they would fix it since they "inspected it" and they don't want to take responsibility for it, they're saying all I took it in for was a reprogram therefore they didn't go under my hood even though on my receipt it says they inspected it, so I confronted the service advisor and he said they didn't do the inspection and then after I asked the service manager(*****)about the inspection and he just said they only checked my tires and wipers. Overall they just lied to me and took my money and now are denieing service to me and denieing my refund.Review from Isaiah V

This is the worst business In the city. The company keeps your vehicle for months without even touching the vehicle, I have had to harass the service rep for updates he does not provide me himself. They offer no type of solution and after confirming that my vehicle's part is on backorder continue to keep my vehicle and keep me out of a vehicle with no response. I have escalated this to the service manager who is also providing no help and ignores all calls and does not follow up no matter how many times you leave follow **** If you ever need any service, I will defiantly say go elsewhere.Review from Joshua C

This review was extremely hard for me to write, but I felt it was necessary at this point. I have trusted and worked with Power Ford and their service team within the past 2 years. I have taken their word and it has been nothing but absolute lies. They have had my **** F-250 in their shop around 10+ times for a 4 wheel drive issue. They have nearly replaced every single part that is associate with *********** drive. Each time I have picked up my truck they say "***'t worry **** you are a loyal Power Ford customer and we are gong to fix this issue" and each time saying they will not charge me as they are the ones having the issue being diagnosed. The last time I took my truck in they blew my Turbo!! At 7:00 in the morning I get the call with the apologies pouring and they are unsure how it blew. They offered to pay all the labor which they did, but I had to buy the part. I argued saying there was NO issues with the turbo as they knew this because they had just had the truck a week before for *********** drive issue they "Fixed". I got to the lake with my fifth and *********** drive would not engage. This is ONLY some of my story. Now my truck went back in because surprise surprise *********** drive does not work again after they said it was fixed and they new what the issue was!! When it went back in they said we will take care of this we have put you through a lot ****************. Well now the story has changed AGAIN Now they want me to pay additional $2,500!!!! I have no problem paying for service when service is rendered they have LIED, MISLED, AND MISDIAGNOSED my truck time and time again. I am tired. Please do NOT trust Power Ford *************** Also, an FYI the service managers nor the director of service has returned my calls. There is no communication or care from anyone at Power Ford. Yesterday early afternoon I was shopping online for a **** Bronco.The date was 11-13-21.I went on True Car and saw an ad for a vehicle through Power Ford.The Bronco was a Wildtrak, and was listed at $57,960.00 The True Car people connected me with Power Ford and they confirmed the ad. They connected me with a Sales person and I started the process.I got a call back from this fellow a few hours later who said "You realize that we are going to charge 30K more than the advertisement states yes?"I of course did NOT expect a reputable business to post an ad at $57,960.00, follow through with conversations and emails and then bait and switch to the tune of 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS?
