I call for service on a pool light repair. Spoke to Tracy one of the owners The invoice was paid April 6,2022 in the amount of $140.00. There was two tech that were sent out. With that the repairs were never done by first tech because pool was full. I was told by Tracey One of the owners of Albuquerque pools & spa I was to fill the pool up so the light would seal. First tech stated she should not give instruction I had to drain pool down which was very costly. Second tech came our check the electric box? I meet him in park in the front of my yard he was very aggressive. The repairs again were not done. Second tech was stating I chase him to another job which was incorrect. Had he noted I have ring cameras back and front that records as well as my daughter whom was watching him in the front yard. Hired ABQ Pools to replace our pool liner in 03/2021. Due to delays, it was finally installed around June of 2021. Craftsmanship was awful, there were rocks and uneven ground on the bottom of the pool. They did order a replacement liner at their cost and replaced it. They never notified me of the status or let me know what was going on. When I finally was able to contact them, I was told by the owner that they would just let us keep swimming in the pool and would take care of it in the off season. In 11/2021, they finally came and installed the new liner and corrected most of the issues with the leveling of the sand under the liner. They did everything except install the pool’s main drain. They stated the water was too cold and they would come back and install it in the spring. In 02/2022, I was in the process of refinance my house and found out that they had placed a lien on my property due to not paying the bill 100% in November. They provided no notice or no communication to me that this was happening, only the invoice that I received via email in 11/2021, or to give me a chance to pay or negotiate with them. I did not want to pay the full amount because the work was not completed. I offered to pay all but $500 as a retainer to ensure they would come back to install the drain, but I was told by Brad that it was all or nothing and he promised the drain would be installed. I paid the remainder of the invoice at that time and to this date, 5/6/22, the main drain is still not installed. I have called numerous times and have been told that either the water was still too cold or they were too busy to complete the work. I was promised schedule for Thursday and they were a no show no call and I have been unable to get ahold to get in touch with anyone in the company for the last 2 days. I have also notified them on at least 2 occasions that part of the liner is coming out on the shallow end of our pool and that section needs to be fixed also.Business response

The lien was paid and filed for the work All work has been performed and customer is happy.
