On the date of July 15, 2024 I contacted Atlantis Pool Services LLC to do the necessary maintenance to get our pool up and running, as my family and I moved into a new house with an above ground pool on site. Upon contacting Atlantis Pool Services LLC, they showed up onsite and started the initial services required for the appointment. Later that afternoon, they contacted me via text message to check on the water level, and then advised me they would return the following day to complete the first step to the process. On July 16, 2024, they returned and my pool pump was not working, so they were unable to complete the first step and advised me that they had a pump to sell me. I advised them to go ahead and sell the pump to me and installed it July 19, 2024. On July 21, 2024, they advised me that they were unable to return due to selling me the only pump they could use for above ground pool cleaning, and that a new one was purchased for the company and would arrive August 01, 2024. On July 31, 2024, I contacted the business about an being back onsite the following day, and I was advised that my services were probable for August 01, 2024. August 01, 2024, the company advised me that they could be on site during the late morning, and i advised them I was out working and would be back onsite around 2pm. This was agreeable by both parties, as well as collecting the remaining $200 for the services. On the date of August 01, 2024 at approximately 2:30pm, Atlantis Pool Services LLC sent their employee in their personal vehicle and started the services requested. At approximately 4:45pm, the employee was leaving the site, and upon leaving the gentleman reversed into my parked vehicle and I advised the company that the employee had done so. Atlantis Pool Services LLC then advised me that, the employee was on his personal vehicle and it was his responsibility, and not the companies. I then explained that I would get a quote for the damages and file a police report.
