I live in the apartments rented out by sky management and was having some maintenance done on my apartment. The hot water shut off and I messaged the apartments to ask if I would have hot water by end of day. I spoke to ****** in the office phone number +1 ***** ********, she then called the people doing the maintenance in my house and proceeded to call me ******. They have also taken forever to do any house work needed on my home sometimes taking up to a month to get the work done. When I message about they always push me aside. In mid summer when it was over 100 degrees outside they took over 3 months to turn on my cooling system. They refuse to give me any straight information. How dare they call me ******.Business response

I'm sorry that the maintenance was not done in a timely manner in your opinion. The owner was doing your maintenance had communicated with your husband who was in the living room..
When I spoke to the owner on phone he was in bathroom I didn't say anything about you personally. I was simply speaking about the situation.
I apologize if it came off rudely. I will speak to broker and owner about discounted rent.We will give her a 15-day credit on rent .

sent several maintenance request no one answers me i have a door that needs to be fixed where the deadbolt is, i need windows that don't lock and i have to put boards in them, i have an air conditioning that doesn't work. I'm tired of no response I need these things fixed and a confirmation from the maintenance when the job is done. there is no communication other then the app and it says completed and nothing is done. i looked for all the request I have sent and all of them have been deleted.
