see attached We built a new home in 2004. It has a metal roof with two dormers on front and two dormers on back. In 202 we started to have a leak when it rained. The leaks were in the vacinity of the front of the dormers, Heritage Roofing advertised they repaired roofs and warranteed they work for five years. ***** ********, project estimator for Heritage, examined our roof on 7/27/2020 and said the cost to repair would be $1842. We agreed to have him do the repairs. -He did repairs in July, 2020 -We continued to have roof leaks when it rained result in damage to the interior of the home -We called ***** repeatedly. Left messages. And he finally responded. -He did additional repairs in 2021. -We continued to have roof leaks. -We called ***** repeatedly. Left messages and he finally responded on November 11, 2022 he showed up with another worker. Did additional repairs and requested $200 for the workers efforts which we reluctantly paid him. -***** told us the worker would return in the spring of 2-23 to do additional repairs and to not call *****. The worker never showed up or called us -The roof still leaks

We went back out to the home several times to try and repair the leak however we wanted to do more extensive work to correct the problem. Homeowner did not want to pay anymore to do that. We kept putting a band aid on a much larger issue. We are happy to come to a compromise on the multiple trips we have made to Sandia Park NM from Albuquerque, NM We are not trying to ignore him and will reach out to him to try and resolve this matter
