              I made an appointment for an assessment for my daughter. They make you pay upfront. I paid, the first person said the payment did not go through, so she sent me a link to schedule the appointment. The date and time wasn’t on the link that I needed, so I called back. The second person I talked to charged me and made the appointment. I went to the appointment and nobody was there. I called them and they accused me of being at the wrong office. I was not and I took pictures. They are giving me the runaround about refunding me my money.

              I recently had my daughter assessed. I had my son at a Sylvan in Arizona from 2017-2019 for high school home work help. I had my second son attend in ******** for 2020, but with Covid it was tough on us. My daughter is struggling in Calculus, and we are living in *** ******. The young woman who answered the phone was great and took my information. No one called me back. I finally called again and was able to talk to the owner and she was rude, curt, and basically inept. She wanted me to pay for a full assessment for my 12th grader because she "might be missing some of the basics of math". My daughter is top 25 in her class. There was 4 weeks left until graduation. How do you think she is missing math basics? Thankfully one of the colleges was offering free tutoring.
