    In February 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado conducted a file review and found that this company has a pattern of complaints alleging failure of the business to fulfill delivery of orders within their promised processing time, failure to provide promised refunds, not receiving accurate tracking numbers and issues with receiving replies to their inquiries.  BBB contacted the company about this pattern of complaints and has not received a response.

    In February 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Fontaras LLC Doing Business As Memento Vivere business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints, consumer reviews and Scam Tracker reports.

    Consumers have alleged the following through BBB complaints: 
    - I have placed an order last year on November 21, I have contacted them multiple times throughout and my order keeps getting delayed every time or they tell me they're out of stock even though they're always trying to sell things on their website.

    - Date of transaction: 11/30/2023 Money Paid: $82.00 Business committed to providing: Bloody Valentine Hoodie, Self Inflicted Sweater I was promised a 20 business day shipping wait for my items back in December. When that was not fulfilled I sent another email asking for updates which went ignored. I went to their instagram @vivere.la where I saw multiple people asking for updates on their orders. I began to comment on the pinned posts but they quickly deleted my comments. I eventually got a response on 01/09/2024 advising me of a shipping time frame from 01/15/2024-01/20/2024. When that did not happen they hit me with their generic response of being backed up on orders and that they are a small team. I requested a refund and they actively ignore the request. When I disputed my transaction through cashapp which is how I paid for it, I got denied. There is no tracking number but my order number is *******.

    - Transaction date of 12/30/23 Was told to wait 15 business days for shipping Total of $30.26 Contacted the business multiple times with multiple methods (email, instagram, shop app) and haven’t received a single helpful response

    In February 2024, BBB checked the website https://mementovivereco.com to determine when it was created. The website was created on May 31, 2023. 

    BBB made inquiries to Fontaras LLC Doing Business As Memento Vivere via email asking the following:
    1. Verification of Fontaras LLC’s operations addresses for the business.
    2. Fontaras LLC’s phone number.
    3. Fontaras LLC’s Refund Policy for items not shipped within promised processing time.
    4. Contact information.

    To date, BBB has not received a response from Fontaras LLC Doing Business As Memento Vivere.

    Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.

    On November 25, 2023 (Black Friday), I purchased $79.20 worth of apparel from this website. They promised that it would come before Christmas because "everyone deserves something special underneath their Christmas tree". However, it did not come before Christmas. I emailed them to change the delivery address to my college address and they quickly responded agreeing to change the address. Now, in June 2024 no items were sent. I've emailed them again demanding a full refund and they do not respond. My bank wont let me file a chargeback because it's past 60 days of the purchase.

    If I could give them a lower review I would. I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise 2 months ago. I received an email saying the package was on its way 3 weeks ago. The tracking number provided stopped tracking only 3 days after, meaning it was never actually on the way. I've contacted the company directly 3 times but they blocked my emails after requesting a refund. I wish I had done more research on the company before placing the order. I was told bbb might refund it for me but I've lost all faith in anything good. My only hope is that nobody else falls victim of these false promises.
