If I could give them a lower review I would. I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise 2 months ago. I received an email saying the package was on its way 3 weeks ago. The tracking number provided stopped tracking only 3 days after, meaning it was never actually on the way. I've contacted the company directly 3 times but they blocked my emails after requesting a refund. I wish I had done more research on the company before placing the order. I was told bbb might refund it for me but I've lost all faith in anything good. My only hope is that nobody else falls victim of these false promises.Review from Bob J

Taking this company to the consumer protection division. Have enough information to file a lawsuit. Sent me different emails with different issues with my order every time I reached out and asked. Talked to enough people that have had just as bad experiences. F*** this company , dont spend your money here. Never have had to go out of my way with a company like this, but my entire experience was terrible from the beginning and they refuse to give me MY money backReview from Holly K

Ordered a pair of jeans. Never received them. Email communication with company for about two months. They continue to tell me the jeans are out of stock and they will send them when they get them. If I look online, they are in stock consistently. I told them I feel like Im being scammed and I just want a refund. Or I will dispute the transaction. I bought an order for about $90 and I even was charged extra for a faster delivery. With the extra payment I was told my package would be here in 3-5 business day well its been longer. I looked to the internet for peoples experiences with this website and I honestly havent see one positive review. Some people get their clothing after months and months and some people never get their clothing at all. And the people that did receive their clothing have said the quality is terrible and see through. This confuses me because on the website it says the shirts are heavyweight cotton. I just really dont trust this company with ensuring good quality items like they advertised and I dont trust this company to ship to me. I would really just like a full refund.Review from Jake S

I ordered western mules from here in February and it still hasnt showed up when promised to be here within 4-5 days. Ive emailed multiple times changed shoe types to the American traditional mules and then changed the size to a size smaller. not only on the original order did they promise not even a week for it to arrive but in emails they said it would show up within the week or month. It is extremely frustrating and they need to give refunds asap.Review from Kei A

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. Ordered back in November 2023 hoping to get it in time for a christmas gift. I ordered 3 shirts and 2 mystery packages. My total came to around $70 due to the black friday sale. Have reached out multiple times since then always being told it would ship soon. Now I cant seem to find my email thread with them anywhere (had it flagged so i wouldnt delete it) and they havent been responding to emails either. I also bought their package protection but guess that does nothing.Review from Josh C

Ordered 7 Shirts (Separate orders of 4 and 3) in September. And made another order of pants in December. The pants came in February and none of the shirts have. The pants are pretty stiff. I've worn them once but I haven't washed them so that could be my fault.Review from Nick R

They built up a following to rake in money on a supposed massive sale and stopped manufacturing products altogether. Used to be a decent company that I received multiple items from, but they're leaving orders pending for months with false promises and no updates on shipping. They also delete any negative comments off of their Instagram calling them out for their awful customer service. Do NOT order from this brand. Some of the shadiest and worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've emailed for a refund on my most recent order from 4 months ago and will be submitting a dispute with my bank if they don't reply soon, but even if they follow through, I'd recommend ordering from just about anyone else.Review from Alyssa B

Said on website please allow ten days for shipping as we are a small business etc then I email enquiring about my order only to be ignored. Then I refer to the chat bot which keeps chanting all sales are final. However, seeing as how they said it could take 1.5 months to process. I dont see how they could even take my money and hold it for so long. They should take money when the product ships. Im unsure if there even is a product. I looked at people with similar problems and they said when the order does come it is very low quality. I just want my refund and to never order from this company again. I am honestly pretty bummed. Waited for 4 months for my order. Told them to cancel and now have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund
