  Sept 14 got my vehicle stuck on my property in Rio Rancho called a tow truck from Carter Towing because they had a 4x4 truck available, truck showed up pulled my car out put it on back of flatbed and started pulling off my property to the road where instead of pulling off my drive it pulled off to the left and got the truck bottomed out on a 3-ft tall embankment driver try to get it off the embankment going back and forth slid whole truck with my car tied to it into a big tree got both vehicles stuck started going back and forth doing causing damage to my car and the truck cleared the tree backed up into another tree and cause more damage. Driver ended up calling a big rig tow truck to pull us both out which it showed up and contacted owner the next day about damage. Owner said he would send me insurance information so I can do a claim even asked me to go get estimates for my vehicle which is a 2015 Dodge Charger estimates were between 4,500 and 6 000 depending on where I went damage are dents and big scratches caused by the the trees limbs. Been talking to the owner since September the 16th all he's done is give me a run around I talked to him on Monday the 10th of October he said he wasn't by his truck but when he got there he would get the information and send it to me I waited till Wednesday and asked again for insurance information and a policy number in which I still haven't heard back from him I would like help and getting my vehicle repaired.   On August 11th 2022 I got my car stuck on a piece of property I own I called a tow service they had a 4x4 truck because it was in sand. Driver shows up pulls up to my car hooks it up starts pulling off the property instead of going off the drive he goes off of 440 in basement getting the truck stuck on the hill bottomed out ends up putting it into a tree sideways damaging my car, and truck gets loose from the tree only to back into another tree behind the truck damaging my car more drive a calls semi tow truck which pulls us out I don't want to deal with him so I just wait to call the owner the next day which I do. The owner says that he's not by the truck and doesn't have the info but he'll get back to me then I get the runaround for like 3 months when I finally called back I talked to the woman owner she gave me the info to the insurance I called and thought there were no problems. I contact the claim service to the insurance company info that she gave me because I haven't heard from them and the woman tells me that there's a situation where the vehicle the tow truck wasn't insured during the time of the incident. So I called the owner of the tow company which denies that the truck was uninsured cusses and acts like they're going to sue the company for false accusations. So I called back the company thinking maybe they made a mistake but they insist that there was no insurance. So when I called the owner back I tell them look this is your responsibility you had some druggy Punk driving your truck you need to fix my car and. But they just have been ignoring me and not answering any texts or calls or anything it's been 6 months and my car still damaged I want it fixed thank you
