More than 10 calls to AAA for a tow; driver never showed, no calls back, had to reschedule and the Emergency Roadside Assistance disconnected with me 4 times. Had to continually enter or provide information. Totally useless, unhelpful - save your money and shop elsewhere. Been with AAA as a 'Premium" member for 12 years and have never been more disappointed.

No stars. The agent at AAA *** ****** left us out the streets in Rome Italy. We had a confirmed reservation that AAA made in our behalf. Got to the hotel and it was CLOSED! We had to scurry to get our own hotel secured. Now we are out $1,150.00 and the AAA travel agents we worked with won't even acknowledge the email asking for reimbursement. Very disappointed in AAA travel in *** *******

AAA New Mexico ************** is the ABSOLUTE worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. (I would not give them any stars on this review if I could.)I have been a AAA Travel Club member for 25 years. When moving to New Mexico, I purchased AAA auto insurance and have had so much trouble with this company that it should be investigated for fraud, among other unsavory practices!The initial agent I spoke with sold me a policy that AAA doesn't even honor, and now, AAA is telling me I haven't paid my premium, even though I have produced receipts, bank statements, and and reference numbers stating I have paid my bill. I have filed a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner.I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I have had a Premier Membership for 12 years with AAA. Over this span of time, the quality of service this ******** institution used to provide has gradually degraded to what it is now: a company that wants your continued loyalty, and money, but fails to offer any type of reliable roadside assistance. Specifically, I was left stranded on two separate occasions in very accessible areas for hours, as my expected tow truck arrival time would continually change, pushing that time forward with no explanation. Their customer support via phone, text, email, and chat bot failed at every point. Ultimately, I had to rely on a friend to tow me home the first time, and found a tow truck in minutes through a recommendation from a friend the second time. Of course, this was a cash out-of-pocket expense. My claim for reimbursement from AAA was denied. Once upon a time, AAA was a reliable service to help in times of need. This is sadly not the case anymore. They have been proven completely unreliable to me, a customer for 12 years. Beware of this business and please share with family and friends. A business that claims to offer a clearly defined service, like roadside assistance, but fails when that service is needed should no longer be allowed to be in business.

Paid for 2 year roadside assistance and then received a bill a year later. Paid but they shouldn't have charged as i had paid for 2 year coverage. Per the card they sent me. They then dropped the coverage I had saying i had reduced the coverage. Would never had happened if they hadn't billed me a year early. We live 20 miles outside of town and they put me on a 3 mile towing package. I would never have asked for. Terrible customer service.
