Purchased used appliance, which did not work when getting home. The business offers a warranty which they did not want to honor initially but ended up taking the appliance back. They were supposed to fix it and return it back to us, but failed to do so. We have been unable to get a hold of them. We disputed the transaction with our credit company which they are denying.Initial Complaint

Bought a used washer and dryer, on the first wash before 24 hours after purchase both washer and dryer were not running. We decided to contact the store and they hesitated and did not want to send out a worker for our three month warranty after the worker fixed, the first problem on the second wash both washer and dryer were making loud screeching noises. We asked the store to come back and help us and they refused and wanted us to bring the washer and dryer in. We do not want the washer and dryer so we asked for a refund since it’s been less than 24 hours , they refuse to give us our cash refund wanted to exchange for other appliances, but we do not trust their word or store anymore since we saw all of the bad comments on yelp and other websites . we keep asking for our money back and everybody keeps saying that there is a different owner each time we call they continue to refuse to give us our money back and they want us to pick another appliance and they keep stalling and asking us to call back at another time or they will call us back at another time. Horrible customer service, not friendly at all. The only friendly ones are the delivery guys.Customer response

I bought a refrigerator from this company on June 6,2021 for $540. When the fridge was delivered the gentleman who brought it ripped up my kitchen floor and didn't fully install the refrigerator so we can utilize the water dispenser.(still not hooked up) Upon further inspection of the fridge I noticed that one of the shelves was broken which was easy to hide when looking at it in the store. I have since taped it to keep it together. I contacted the owner right away about all instances immediately. I was told I could bring in the shelf to replace it. I went to the store 6 times and either the manager wasn't in when I was specifically told they would be or they didn't have a shelf that fit my fridge. The owner told me they would drop a shelf for me and has yet to do so. My drawer is still broken, my floor and vent is also still broken and ripped and I cannot use my water dispenser as it is still not installed. We have tried called over 50 times. When we call, no one answers and Thier mailbox is always full so we cannot leave a voicemail.
