In May 2022, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Atlas VIP Group business practices. This investigation was prompted by a complaint, consumer inquiries and a Scam Tracker report.
Consumer has alleged the following through BBB complaints:
I purchased a vacation package on 6/16/21 for $4,436.75 using my **** ****** ***** ******** card. I was told to wait until Oct 1, 2021 to apply to take my first vacation. October 6th I requested my 1st vacation, I received an email stating my reservation was received and they would get back to me shortly which they never did. I called and email Al...email address ********************** who sold the vacation package to me. I request the vacation the second time and heard nothing back from them. I have been working with the **** ****** ***** who issued the credit card which the payment was made from to get my money refunded, they told me to get Better Business Bureau involved. I am filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and hoping they can help me recover my money that I paid for a vacation package that I have not received due to fraud like business transactions.
In May 2022, BBB checked the website http://atlasvip.group to determine when it was created. The website was created on August 19, 2020.
Postal mail sent by BBB to 2420 Comanche Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 and to 2420 Comanche Rd NE, Ste 341, Albuquerque, NM 87107 were both returned marked by USPS as not deliverable as addressed. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business.
BBB made inquiries to Atlas VIP Group via email and postal mail asking the following:
- Atlas VIP Group’s current operations address or documentation of Atlas VIP Group’s operations being located at 2420 Comanche Rd NE, Suite 341, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
- Description of the terms of full activation for a consumer to obtain Atlas VIP Group’s 1 (one) year Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Copy of Atlas VIP Group’s 1 (one) year Satisfaction Guarantee.
To date, BBB has not received a response from Atlas VIP Group.
