Don's Windows and Doors provided great professionalism and service from beginning to end!! I had eight windows replaced and they are absolutely beautiful and amazing - I could not have asked for anything better. I love my windows and definitely recommend Don's Windows and Doors - their service and windows are above and beyond standard, they epitome of quality, service, value and professional.Review from David B

Beware of this company. They sold me eleven windows and 4 began leaking water into my remodeled house immediately. The windows were installed by a local professional glass company. After hearing my complaint, ***'s Windows and Doors sent a worker over to put silicone on the outside of the glass. Lol. Consumer beware, ***** Windows and Doors is manufacturing and selling substandard products. Shop elsewhere. ***********************Don's Windows & Doors, Inc. Response

We did not install these windows. All customers who have other companies or contractors install their window products are responsible to make sure the installations are complete and sealed. We will not accept blame for others contractors work. Mr. **** needs to call the contractor/glass business and have them take care of this issue.Review from Kim J.

I just had windows and a patio door installed. The installation was horrible. They installed a patio door with a scratch in the glass, installed one window with sealing torn, didn't properly **** two windows on the inside as I still have holes where they took out the old windows. They took paint off one of my walls and left black marks from their ladder. I had to spend a whole day cleaning inside and out as they left a huge mess. I have reached out to them twice with no response.....I have pictures of everything and if they do not respond I will be filing a claim against them.Don's Windows & Doors, Inc. Response

***************** did not call the office for a service. She emailed to a server that no works. Our website company caught this error and informed us. We did call her back and told her we are always there for our customers. The installers were installing the windows and were not complete with their job yet so it was not a finished installation. She took photos before they were done. Customers need to wait until we are completely finished. . I have already talked to her for a final inspection. She told the installers they did a great job before they left. They did clean up after themselves.Review from Margie T.

Please read all reviews and complaints referring to Dons Windows and Doors. They are so very similar, dealing with unsatisfactory installations, damages primarily to window ***** and their lack of responsibility to acknowledge the importance of correcting the problem, their rudeness, their inability to understand the meaning of excellent customer service and the importance of those words. My complaints are the same as everyone elses. Leaking window causing window sill damage plus screens that do not fit ************** were installed in 2017. I have been working on getting the issues taken care of but have received excuse after excuse why they cant be taken care of. ******* include they are so busy installing windows, COVID mandates and the need to protect the service people, theres not enough service calls in my area to warrant making the trip. Now its that they cant come until after the 1st of 2022. I do live approximately 2 hours out of town, however that wasnt an issue when they sold the windows to me.Don's Windows & Doors, Inc. Response

We have been to her home on three separate dates after the install in 2017. The service tech could find nothing wrong. The customer is taking her screens out of every window to clean and calling our office to come to her house to put them back into the window frames. This is a 150 mile round trip. We have done that on four separate dates. The ******* told her that he would no longer do this because it is not a warranty issue. The office staff has told her if she takes her screens out for whatever reason she needs to put them back into the window frames. She told us she had windows put in before by another company before our install and she did the same thing to them. They finally told her to stop and this the reason she called our company for window replacement. We have done our job there 4 years ago and there is nothing more to do.Review from William S

Well here is my take on ***** Windows. I had my house done last year. Salesman came out measured my windows then gave me a product overall of whats available. We decided on the **** series windows and signed a contract. we gave them 6 mths to install because it was getting cold out so we arranged to have them put in ****** Well we called in march to see if we were on sch. to have install and was told they were ready to go. The installers came and put in the windows all but one arched front window. We were told that they missed the arch window and would come back out and install it after we were told when we called them in april that they were ready to go. When I contacted ******* she said she was sorry about this and that she would take care of it. weeks went by and I called back she said it wasn't in yet. It would be in a couple of days. I was told and in thier advertisment that they make all thier windows here in thier albq. plant. That was not the case. She told me it had to be *****ed by *** who lives in Az. that they don't do arched windows here. I was deceived by the advertisement on thier web page. After a few weeks it came in and they installed it. They look great and the installers did a great job. Now we decided to do my rental house. We *****ed the same windows **** series and contracted to have them installed and asked to make sure they had all the windows in when they come to install. We called the office a month before install date and was told they were ready to go. Great I tought then day of install they didn't have the arch window. I called the office and talked to Therresa and she told me she would have *** ***** it and I told her the company told me they were all in as of ****** She told me there was a mix up and she was sorry about it. Ok so I waited weeks and it finally came in. Great we made a date to install. They came the other day to put in. Cut out my old window and went to install the new window But it didn't fit. I was told it was the wrong size that they would remeasure and re***** the new window. The next day I called ***** and he said *** re*****ed it and that it would take 12 weeks to get it. So after that they took the old window and put back in and patched in so it wouldn't leak. I would think before they cut the old window out they would at least confirm that the new window was made the right size before they got started. Very dispointed. But thats not all. We orered **** series windows and out of 9 windows they put in 4 that were right **** series and 5 were wrong series windows. I can't beleive they made and installed the wrong windows. Like I said you would think that you would get what you *****ed. So now I'm told by ***** that it would take ************************************************* time for winter to install. Great. They have a great product just need to slow down and get it right or reviews like this will happen and happen again. **** and ***Don's Windows & Doors, Inc. Response

I don't understand what is meant by this with the omitted words. We installed his windows with the Series they ordered. The backlog of a wait time is not normal because of the Covid problems during the last year and a half. There is a long wait time for window replacement because we are scheduled months in advance. We don't know anyone in Arizona who is associated with this company. The arch window was made an inch and a half larger on the top and it has to be remade. That is the only problem we have with this install. As soon as it is remade it will be installed as soon as possible. *********************
