We purchased windows on December 16, 2022, with Optum Home Solutions, NM license#************* We were told to expect our windows sometime in March 2023. Then in March we were informed that the color was no longer available, so we chose a new one. We were then told to expect them sometime in May. After numerous phone calls (7) we still have not received them. During the last phone call, I was told that they did not have the proper scaffolding. This is ridiculous; a window company does not have the correct equipment to complete the project. We were also told that we could not get our money back. It is now August and we have not heard anything from this company.Business response

Optum Home Solutions-AZ LLC contracted to provide and install windows for the customer. Unfortunately, a person on the installation crew died unexpectedly. The installation of all jobs that require more than one man and/or scaffolding or other specialized equipment in order to be installed have been delayed. As soon as an experienced installation technician can be found, the installation will be completed. The windows are custom made for the customer’s residence and cannot be “returned to “stock”. The windows are manufactured and waiting for installation in our warehouse.

I am rejecting this response because: We have not been getting consistent responses from this company. Every time we have contacted the company, we have gotten a different story. If this is true, why were we not informed earlier rather than after a formal complaint was submitted. We do not know what to believe anymore, and this company never reached out to inform us of this situation.
