I purchased 12 bags wood pellets in early febuary. wile loading the employee asked if i would be interested in paying the ton price. It would save money, we returned to the POS and rang up the new price and canceled the first charges. We loaded the extra bags and i left. The next day i called to inform the store manager i was overcharged i spoke with Jonny the owner, he gave me his word he would take care of it. He printed all Chages and has everything needed to make this right. He never called me back. I have called two other times and had to explain the entire situation to be told i would have to speak to Jonny. Jonny will not call me till the end of April and at this point i feel will not call at all. I want the difference refunded from the charge to what i took. This is unacceptable to keep calling and nothing has happened. Please help make them do ethical business?Business response
