February 9th, 2023 Stayed at hotel. They charged an $100. deposit and then kept it, claiming I got color on a towel. I asked her if she washed the towel. She said NO, she replaced it...... These people are foreigners who come to this country to exploit. I have never experienced such a thing in any other hotel. They usually just wash the towels. I feel these people are using any reason whatsoever to keep the deposit. The hotel room was not in good shape to begin with, and then to have my money robbed on top of the bad conditions was too much. These people are thieves and they should not be in business!!!Business response

My name is **** and I am the manager at the Super 8. I was very disheartened to read your racist comment towards us but I can understand you were frustrated when you wrote that. Upon speaking to my staff, I have learned that the deposit was kept because the linen were ruined due to permanent hair dye being used. The tub also had some dye in it when the room was inspected. Everything was washed but unfortunately, the hair color did not come out of the linen and had to replaced. With that being said, we will issue you a deposit refund for the full $100 and we will cover the cost of everything we replaced. If you are pleased with this, please reply with your full name and address so we can mail you a check.

…..and my complaint stands until it is returned.
