On 5/28/2022 **** ******* who is the manager at the apartments said my 9 year old son hot wired the apartment golf cart . She gave me receipts for reimbursement on the amount of $470.77. I paid her $200 because her allegations were not adding up the golf cart was always in and out of operating service . In February 2023 my lead was coming up and I was planning on buying a house . I had advised her of this amd also let her know it might not go threw so I was getting a nother 1 year lease agreement and my close friend was moving in to add him on the lease she said we didn’t need to and we got a new contract . 20 days later she called the cops and wanted to evict me and us saying owed 250$ for rest of rent plus 25$ late fee plus $270 damages . I moved out did a walk though with here she said the house was very good and I wasn’t goin to have to pay much money if any at all . The next day I went and she said I owed 746$ in golf cart damages and almost 1400$ in damages to the apartment . I only left kids stickers on the one room wall some blinds were a little messed up the thermostat controlller and a glass bowl for ceiling fan . And charge me for a cleaning lady . None of these its were foxed or happened and one of my coworkers moved in days later . Nothing ever gets fixed and she doesn’t sign contracts . There’s always something fishy going on there . I believe she may be pocketing money or something I just can’t figure it out nothing is legit about this place and the day to day operations my son just turned 9 and did. Or do the damages she’s saying Al though he did drive the golf cart . She purchased multiple things twice and something’s that didn’t even have to do with any of the damages . I believe she seen me as an opportunity to fix her issues .Business response

HERE I HAVE ATTACHED THE COMPLAINT ON *** ******** ******* **. HE WAS A TENANT FOR MESA GRANDE COMPLEX MOVED IN FEBUARY 1, 2022 HIS RENT AT MOVE IN WAS $1400.00. IN MARCH OF 2023 HIS LEASE EXPIRED AND HAD TO RENEW HIS LEASE AND HIS RENT INCREASE TO $1375.00. WHEN HE HAD TO RENEW HIS ACCOUNT HE STATED HE WANT TO CHANGE HIS 1 YEAR LEASE TO MONTH TO MONTH WHICH WOULD HAD COME TO $1575.00 PLUS $250.00 FOR MOVING IN A FAMILY MEMBER NOT ON THE LEASE FOR A TOTAL OF $1825.00 HE NEVER PAID THE MONTHS RENT AND DISTROYED ITEMS IN THE APARTMENT AND HAD TO CALL AN ELECTRICIAN TO COME REPLACE AND FIX THE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT.
ALSO TO MENTION HIS SON STOLE THE PROPERTY GOLF CART IN JUNE OF 2022. HIS SON WAS CAUGHT ON VIDEO DRIVING THE GOLF CART ON THE PROPERTY HE ALSO WAS WRECKNG THE GOLF CART INTO THE PROPERTY PICNIC TABLES AND WAS ALSO SEEN BY TENTANTS. THE GOLF CART WAS HOT WIRED BY HIS SON AND WAS DESTROYED THE GOLF CART HAS BEEN UNFIXABLE EVER SINCE. *** ******* HAS REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES OR THE REPAIRS TO GET THE GOLF CART.
