      August 12, 2022 - I went in to trade my car for an SUV, the vehicle I choose needed repairs, **** ********** stated he would have all repairs done by August 13, 2022. Repairs needed to vehicle was tune up and starter coil replacement, vines in growing in radiator cleaned out, headlight restoration, tire sensor replaced. I drove 130 miles to get this done, just to told they wouldn’t have this done and I had to leave it. So I did on the condition that they would have to bring the car to me because I would have no way to pick it up. August 15, 2022 **** ********** drove the car to me in ******, Texas where I work. I looked it over and no repairs had been done. After speaking with **** again he stated that I needed to bring the car back to Carlsbad to have the repairs done. I drove back and fourth to Carlsbad so the dealership could repair the vehicle a total of five times and never got a resolution. I finally spoke with ******* the shop manager and she stated that the dealership would reimburse me all the money I spent on repairs and hotel and fuel costs. The dealership never did any repairs to my vehicle as they were promised to do. I had all done in *******. November 4, 2022 ****** from the dealership called to say that I needed to go to the dealership to sign a power of attorney so that they could sell the car I traded in. I stated I would not go until the money that was promised to me. ****** stated to me that she didn’t need my signature and would go another way. So I’m thinking that something underhanded was being done. I never got my financing documents and signed contract until September 2, 2022. The sales manager ******* stated to me that they (the dealership) needed to do better in the way it conducted business. All I want is the money I was out of pocket for everything. I gave all the receipts to *******. I only have receipts for the repairs.

      I bought vehicle from Carlsbad Chevrolet on 3/26/2022. It is a Dodge Ram 2500, VIN *****************. I paid $5000 down and financed $18,879. When I test drove the vehicle, the air conditioning was broken. We notified the salesperson that the air conditioner was not working. He (and other salesman) promised AC would be fixed and I agreed to buy the truck. They kept the vehicle in the shop, supposedly fixing the AC until April 1. During that time I communicated with my sales rep, JB, who said on the phone and via text that they had to recharge the AC again. I said my concern that it might be a more serious problem with the AC, such as a leak. He said they didn't find leaks.. The vehicle was for work, so it was not in continuous use. When I first used the vehicle for more than 5 minutes on April 22, the AC did not work. I texted JB. He told me to bring it back when I had time. I had to use it for a work trip (in 95 degree heat- no AC!) so it was dropped off for repairs May 7. They kept the truck for a week. I was told the first tech who had worked on the AC had been fired maybe the first time it hadnt really been charged, but told this time it was definitely fixed. It definitely was not. I left the truck for my employees to use thinking it had working AC when I went on a trip. On June 25 my employees notified me the AC still was broken. I asked to get my money back. He apologized that it was not fixed and told me again to bring it back and promised to "Make it right". I was out of town and JB was out so it was returned to dealer July 14. Turns out "make it right" meant he would try to sell me another vehicle at double the cost. I said I don't want to spend another penny with this dealer, fix it now. It is now July 26th, I do not have it back from the shop. I have paid $6091 so far and $17788 in debt for a truck that is unusable in this area due to heat. They repeatedly have lied about fixing the AC. I am tired of waiting. I want my money back & contract cancelled.
