I had purchased a 2020 Tesla X from Acosta Auto Sales and was told my vehicle would be delivered. The company never delivered my vehicle, took my wire transfer for the car and will not answer my calls, emails or textsBusiness response

Good afternoon,
My name is ******* ****** and I am the sole proprietor of Acosta's Auto Sales. On July 29, 2023 I filed a police report with my local sheriff's department notifying them of potential fraud related to my business. During that time, I was able to find out that an unknown individual(s) created a website using my company's name and were and currently selling factious vehicles online. I moved forward and worked with several online websites and was able to remove my name from their websites. However, as time has passed they have created new ways to create websites and sell vehicles fraudulently. Acosta Auto Sales has never operated with or in relation to any other type of business using any other name. Acosta Autos Sales did not create this transaction with the individual whom filed the complaint. My current state that oversees car dealerships are aware of the fraudulent activity. In addition, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is currently assigned to the case at this time. The agent that is overseeing the case is **** ******* from the Deming, NM . With my daughter's assistance she forwarded the current victim's information to the agent. It is unfortunate that this individual was a victim of fraud at this time. Acosta Auto Sales is collaborating with HSI in hopes that justice will be served.
