In July of 2024, I hired Superior Cleaning (*****) to clean a house I had remodeled and was getting ready to sell. I met with *****, the owner, who bragged about her superior, professional cleaning. She promised the best possible deep cleaning of the house using only the best quality cleaning products. She guaranteed that the house would be fully cleaned and ready to show to potential buyers. She quoted a price of well over $500 which seemed high but based on her promises of a great cleaning, I hired her. She had seen the house before quoting me a price and offering to clean it. What I got was a very poor cleaning job that was not even close to completed. She texted me after about 3 1/2 hours of cleaning and asked me to bring her a check for payment in full. I took her the check and she told me that she needed to finish mopping the floors and the work would be complete. I went to the house the next morning and was shocked to find uncleaned cabinet interiors, dusty interior doors and window sills, cobwebs, sticky uncleaned areas on the kitchen countertops, poorly cleaned floors, and feces still in the toilet bowl. i texted ***** with my concerns. She said she would return and finish the job but cancelled due to claimed medical issues. She said she would send me a partial refund. She sent me a check for just over $10. She expressed no remorse about failing to complete the job despite being fully and overpaid. i had to hire another cleaning crew to get the house ready to show to potential buyers. ***** promised the best possible cleaning and then provided minimal cleaning and a complete failure to clean much of the house. She scammed me. She should return all of my money based on her unethical actions.

I am certainly not surprised by this complaint. *** ******* has been harassing me since June 22,2024. My company Superior Quality Cleaning , LLC , provided cleaning service on 6/21/2024. This was a recently renovated home preparing to go on the market. The repairs and improvements were being performed by the home owner Bo Frazier. This was apparent as I walked  through the home with him, as there was much paint on the floors and in all sinks, in addition there was sheet rock residue on all floors, on the sills there was paint, the mud sink was full of paint and other construction debris. He assured me at that time, that he was going to remove the paint before we arrived to perform the work. And that he would have it "cleaned up and ready for cleaning," before the time I came to do my part. Please keep in mind the estimate was on June 5th, 2024. this gave him 16 days to get the house ready for me. Upon my arrival I noticed he had not done as promised. I wanted to keep my commitment of getting his house ready for him and the realtor as he or she was coming to take pictures.

My employee and I spent just under four hours cleaning. That is nearly 8 man hours. We scrapped paint and removed sheetrock material off of all floors, we transformed the bathtub and shower stall, making them look almost new. We were able to do everything we went there to do except for some of the cabinets. When I got to that part of the job, I saw an overwhelming amount of mice droppings and urine. That is exactly what I pointed out to him when he came to pay me. He said at that time, "I understand." I explained that we do not deal with cleaning up mouse droppings and that it was a health hazard. I also said to him that if he would have treated by a Professional Exterminator, I would be happy to comeback and wipe out the cabinets. That is were we left things.

I then begin to receive completely inappropriate text messages, I have those as evidence if needed, from him talking about a cobweb, missing wiping off one door, and complaining about the kitchen cabinets. I realized after just a couple of his irrational texts that a partial refund would be the safest response for me. I provided a $30 refund, minus the shortage of his check of $19.35. That is plenty for him to bring in someone willing to deal with him, as swiffering a cobweb, wiping down a side of a door, and wiping out the few remaining cabinets would have taken anyone no more than 20minutes.

In his complaint he claims he was charged, "well over $500." He was charged $520.32 plus tax. This is just another example of his ridiculous over exaggeration of the facts.

I am sorry that he was dissatisfied. I have been in business long enough to know you can not please everyone, but that is ALWAYS our goal.

The owner came and provided a quote to clean the house. It was high but I accepted and scheduled the service. She did not complete the job . She also only accepts cash and provided no receipt of work or amount paid.

Superior Quality Cleaning, LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services.

As soon as we became aware of her concerns, we offered Ms. ********* a return visit to complete anything she found to be unsatisfactory resulting from the cleaning services we provided. This is our policy. She refused to give us the opportunity, even after offering multiple options and time slots, including the same day, to rectify her concerns. She stated she had too many people in her home.

Superior Quality Cleanings policy is to offer a return visit, we do not offer refunds.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
Thefact was she did not complete the job.  She did not fulfill her part of the transaction.  But she took the money for the full job.  She offered to come back to actually do the job hired for, but the job already needed to be completed by that point. I had to finish her work so that my home was ready.  Also, I was never even informed of her no refund policy as well as certain tasks she does not provide.  She did not provide any info, she only told me the price and some of the things they would do, yet they DID NOT do.  This is not the first person she has done this to.  I have multiple messages from former clients.  She also took photos of the inside of my home with no permission and then shared them in a public forum as well as my personal phone number.  I want a partial refund as I was the one to finish the work she was paid to do.

      Regards,

I will not continue to engage in this conversation as she is clearly lying. And, those former clients she's referring to, I have not met, as they are friends of hers. The two that I have actually served made  comments that were also inaccurate and they are aware of that. This has become a ridiculous situation of which I will not participate.

She was offered exactly what we offer any client that is dissatisfied, and she refused. She could not afford the service and should have gone with a cheaper estimate.

      That is the bottom line.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
First off, I don't know any of her former clients.  Second, the big issue is that she was paid for a job she did not complete.  I had to complete the job.  So she received full pay for a partial job.  Is not like she did a crappy job and I was unhappy (although some areas needed more work), it's solely that SHE DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB!
Ideserve a partial refund as she only did part of her job.  Period.

      Regards,
