On September 13th 2022 I paid Mr. R***** $11,794 and signed a contract to reroof my house and garage. As of May 14th 2023 my shingles of my garage roof began flying off and I notified Mr. R*****, He told me that one person was ahead of me because they were battling weather. On June 5th 2023 I sent him pictures of my garage full of water from how bad my roof was leaking. After contacting him several more times and only getting excuses. On June 29th 2023 he finally sent employees over to peel the old roof off. After telling me one of his employees got bit by a black widow, they left the roof with half of my old shingles on there and the rest with nothing but the plywood. After not hearing from Mr. R***** or getting any responses from him, he finally responded to me on July 3rd 2023 to tell me that his employees will be here the following day to finish peeling the old shingles off and put underlayment. When they didn't show up I text Mr. R***** again to let him know. He responded that they would show up the following day (July 5th 2023) to finish the underlayment in which they did. Today is August 21st 2023 and I have still not had my roof complete and Mr. R***** has stopped returning texts messages or returning my calls.Initial Complaint

September 21, 2021. Spoke with owner to replace my roof. I was given a quote for the roof and then I reached out to the owner asking if gutters could also be installed. The answer was yes and another price was given for the gutters, $863.00, which was paid on October 8, 2021. I paid half of what was owed for my roof and it took the owner over 6 months to complete my roof, the roof was finished May 15, 2022. At that time I paid the remaining balance of the roof. When I asked the owner about my gutters he said “the guy who cuts my gutters his machine is down now but as soon as he gets it up and running I will come and place your gutters on.” I still have not received my gutters and multiple phone calls, text messages and emails to the owner go unanswered when I ask what is going on with the gutters. I have asked for my money back numerous times since the job was not done. I just want to get reimbursed for the gutters that never got placed.Initial Complaint

Mr Solomon R***** started replacing roof in May after removing shingles and putting down underlayment he stated he had order metal roof panels but the panels got damage in a accident. he reorder then Mr R***** said he had jury duty . on august 9 2022 he text he was ready and has not shown since. I have tried several times to phone or text mr R*****. He has not return my calls.
