We ordered a MediTub Walk In Jet Tub on February 17, 2022 Cost $15,505.67 We put a deposit down of $9,000.00, AND here it is May 6, 2022, we still have NO TUB. My husband went to ask for our money back so we could purchase a tub from another company. They said we could not get a refund. I CAN’T get in and out of a regular tub and I CAN’T stand in a shower long enough to take a shower because of my back and leg problems.Business response

Thank you for your email, so that I may respond to the complaint that was issued on May 09, 2022, regarding ***** ******** for failure to receive the walk-in tub in a timely manner. Mr. ******** was being called every other day prior to us receiving the walk-in tub to let him know the status of receiving the tub. R.A. Biel Plumbing & Heating, Inc. received the walk-in tub on May 30, 2022, and completed the installation of the tub on June 6, 2022, receiving payment, in full for this job.
At the time of the completion of this job Mr. ******** was please with job, unfortunately R.A. Biel Plumbing & Heating, Inc. had no control over them timely manner, in which the walk-in tub arrived.
