Took my BMW 330i for repair 6/21. Day one I gave him $2700. I gave his granddaughter $400 last year for a total of $3100. The car has been there for 22 months. All I get is excuses. His granddaughter started work there about 10 months ago. Her reaction to my car being there over a year was, "What? How long?" She was on my side and couldn't understand. Now she's defensive trying to make excuses for lousy work or no work. My car has dents and still not fixed. My nephew went to haul it back home for me and she said No! Now til I paid the balance. It's not fixed.

Customer had brought us a vehicle with the wiring completely torn apart and missing key parts to make it run. We have spent way more man hours on it than what he is being charged for. We do acknowledge that we have had it a long while and we have been proactively working on it until he told us to stop and that he would have another shop look at it. He did pay $2700.00 on the repairs thus far but the total that is due to release the vehicle is $2097.18. When the said (nephew) came in he said, " I bought that white BMW and need you to move it for me," my response was "there is a balance due on it so I cannot release the vehicle to you." I have spoken to **** several times and he has known and seen us working on the vehicle. Attached is a copy of the repair order for his vehicle along with the payments made and when they were made.

On 7/27/22 I employed Al's service to diagnose and repair my Dune Buggy VW 4 cylinder engine. Al's service agreed to do so and I dropped it off to them on the 27th. During the course of the next 12 days I made phone inquires as to the progress that was being made on my vehicle. To my dismay my inquiries were met with {very terse} responses, that did not seem to be very customer friendly or informative. On the morning of 8/03/22 I was told that my vehicle "was running" and that just a few minor carburetor adjustments would be needed and it would be ready. I called on 8/05/22 and after no answer I decided to go down to Al's and see what was going on with my vehicle. After arriving I asked Al what was going on and he said that the vehicle was {not ready}. I asked him when might it be ready? And then Al flew into a abusive verbal tirade and cussing me out! Al refused to complete the work, had my vehicle removed from the shop and demanded payment in full without completing the work. I paid the bill {in full} and I was left to deal with getting my non running vehicle off the property.

*** ***** had brought his Dune buggy in for a non-running diagnostic. To which we found nothing on his motor was factory and required extra time and attention. We tried our best with the circumstance of finding parts and the availability of working on it. He was implying that we stop everything and just focus on his vehicle when we have an entire shop to run. We did work on the carburetor, and it did need some more adjusting but that wasn't his only problem. He came in on the 5th and asked us why it was taking so long, too which we responded that we needed more time. In his words "it's not rocket science, I could do it myself," after that we informed him that he could either give us the time necessary or take the Dune buggy 'as is' and pay what was owed. He paid his bill and took his Dune buggy. I will add that he persistently called every day as well as tried getting a reduced price for what we needed to do from the start.
