I moved into my new house in July 2022. Southwest Woodworks created a kitchen island cabinet. I provided a paint chip for the red color on my wall so they could paint the island the same color. The red is not at all right. I identified the problem before moving in. They have agreed to correct the problem but to date, it has not been corrected. I have contacted them repeatedly as has my builder (******* ********) both by phone and in person. Every time they claim it will be fixed 'in a few weeks'. It has now been over a year since I moved in and the problem has not been corrected.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was contacted by the business and asked to provide the paint chip for the color desired. I provided the paint chip along with a quart of the paint. Although I don't think the problem was resolved in a timely manner even after my BBB complaint, the final result is satisfactory.
