I had taken my 5th wheel ******** RV in for repair to the driver side rear end. It required a pvc pipe replacement, skirting and bumper replacement or repair. The approximate date of drop off was either during the week of January 16- 19, 2024 or January 31, 2024. I did drop off one check from ***** of $300.00 for the repairs, my deductible is $500.00 The business did inform me they contacted my insurance for additional funds. On February 5th my insurance contacted me and stated they had reached out to the business and left a message that they needed additional photos of the RV when they receive those they would be in contact with me again. I did reach out to Quality RV and let them know as well of the message. On February 20, 2024 I received a voicemail from ****** stating she got a hold of the insurance agent and gave him the necessary information. After this I attempted to contact Quality RV and even stopped by on February 20, 2024 to check on the RV and my RV was just parked inside the locked gate and the business was not open. I contacted both the insurance agent and Quality RV on March 14, 2024 and left both businesses voicemails. Today March 22, 2024 I attempted to call again and got the voicemail to Quality RV. I am getting worried about my RV, I do business in Farmington on a regular basis and have even purchased my vehicles there in Farmington, NM this is the first where I am not getting a response on the repair update. Therefore, since its been over a month I would like to just request to pick up my RV so I can take it elsewhere for repair or if they would just waive the bill for the lack of communication and quality professional service. Your assistance in getting the business to communicate with me is greatly appreciated.Business response

We have completed all repairs on the customers camper and have been in communication with him in regards to his camper. I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication on our part we’re a small company and have a large workload. Now that repairs have been finalized I’m hoping that the customer will be happy with the completed project.
