This auto shop is inadequate and incompetent. I had taken my vehicle to this place, I put my trust and had good judgment to take my car in for repairs, but the shop did nothing to get my car fixed. I explained to the employees about what needs to be diagnosed and inspected. I had scheduled in for Tuesday March 5th. When we arrived they had no knowledge of our set appointment. They acted like they did not to help us. I should've turned around and left but I left my car there for them to diagnose and test drive for a hard shift either from the engine or the transmission.. we had informed them that a code has been popping up that's for a sensor. I wanted them to test drive it and figure out what the loud clunking noise was. Later in the day we went back to pick up my car, same mileage and same code that's been popping up. I had asked if they had drove it and found out the cause of the loud clunking. The employees told us that "they forgot to test drive it, but the sensor code that pops up the car will need to be taken to dealership to be replaced because they had no tool to replace sensor." Our total was over $157.00 We paid it and took our car, it was still at the same mileage and nothing had been done to find a conclusion about the clunking. Leaving me to pay $157.00 for reading codes with a diagnostic tool and still no solution as to what the loud clunking noise is. I have been very nice and understanding but the owner and his employees continue to dance around the subject of the code, not the loud clunk noise under my car. This business has no customer service skills and very disappointing communication among the business. I have proof of texts, calls, receipts and a review off their ******** *****
