I paid to have my windshield replaced on my truck. When I received my truck back I noticed the side molding was damaged, plastic cover over wiper sensor clips were broken off and delayed wipers no longer work which is controlled by the sensor. When I went and spoke to owner ****, he gave every excuse why this and why that happened and would not own up to damage. Went to another shop to see if it could be fixed by them, **** cussed at me, very unprofessional as a owner.Customer response

Went into Gallup Custom Tint on April 4, 2024 to have my windshield replaced. When I picked up my truck I noticed Damage to molding which I told worker/manger who said it was put in wrong and I would have to talk to owner ****. Next day i went in to talk to ****, **** said it wasnt their faught because the truck was old. As you can see from pictures molding was cut. I asked him to replace it since it was damanged by them. **** told me i only paid 270 for windshield and to do **** myself he wasnt paying anything. The worker who worked on my truck told **** they did damange it , also broke clips on a cover that covers wiring for mirror. Again **** DOES NOT want to own up to thier mistakes. My daughter went in to see if anything changed and was cussed out by ****. I called him trying to resolve this and again was verbally abused by ****. I have been to another place in town who said windsheild was not put in correctly. I have tried to resolve this with **** the owner but he doesnt want to repair/replace it.Hopefully this will get it taking care of. Thank You

On 6/13/22 I paid a deposit for a Ford F-150 grill to be ordered. A week later I found out that the grill is no longer manufactured and Gallup Custom Tinting would try to get a different grill for my husband’s truck. I have been unable to contact GCT to find out about the alternate grill. GCT knew that I was leaving the area by July 2 and would need the grill by then. GCT does not answer their phone and there is no voicemail. I have tried to call, text, message and even left a post on Facebook to let Fred of GCT know that I was seeking a refund of my deposit. I have not received a refund or response from GCTBusiness response

I Freddie P******* **. tried to call the customer more than 5 times to resolve the matter. The message that she sent is correct to a extent the original order was discontinued so I told Mr. & Mrs. ******* that I would find them another product. I found them another product but then we were closed when they came in. I never received a text message from them and the replacement product that I found for them had been sitting here in the office but like she said they moved. Like I said I tried calling more than 5 times to see if they wanted me to drop ship the product but they never answered any of my messages. Last week we got a letter saying they took out the original payment so we got stuck with the product because they never answered our message. I'm just emailing you to let you know that we did try to get back with the customer by calling more than 5 times.
