I took my car to this shop because it was leaking antifreeze they said it was the intake manifold so I ordered the part then they kept saying it was the wrong part but that is the only part that came up for my car. So they said they had to purchase one from a salvage yard for $160. When I went to pick up my car a week later I was charged $260 $160 for the part and 100 for labor I did not receive a receipt of any kind nor a warranty of any kind . When I picked up my car it was in very bad shape they had placed a small piece of black electrical tape over the check engine light that was now on that was not on before. My temperature gauge was broken and will not move. My car shakes if I drive over 40 mph. I use to drive this car back and forth to midland and Dallas now I can barely make it around town. The ac Is no longer blowing cold air. The car just cuts off every now and then in traffic or wherever and it takes it to be cranked up about two more times before it actually stays on. They had a huge dog in my backseat which chewed and destroyed my seatbelt. I had a blue car jack in my truck that they took. I paid a total of $260 just for them to ruin my car. My car is a 2005 Ford crown Victoria and I take good care of it and I’ve never seen a check engine light on it until I took it to this place. Please help me I can’t even find a name for this place so I don’t think they have proper license please help so this doesn’t happen to anyone else thank you for your time.Customer response
