April of 2021 a 429.99$ purchase for door inserts for a Razor 1000 off road vehicle . The company told me the parts would be there in a couple of weeks and they would install them. The parts came in and they told me they would install the parts for a $200 tip. I declined the offer and told them I wanted my money back . They said we would call you back but I never received a call back from them. I have called them back on several occasions and they continue to dodge me . They have refused to repay me the $429.99 for the doors insertsBusiness response

This is Tiffany from Garner's Motorsports. We had a complaint filed against us that had been resolved before we received the letter. The customer has already received a refund for her check and had already spoke with her in regards to the incident. We never denied her a refund but simply let her know accountant works from home and we don't just write out checks. We just had to inform the accountant what it was in regards to and get her copies of the paperwork to refund the correct amount. We had spoke to her partner ***** ****** ,because that is who was calling us, that we would inform her when we received the check. We had a check on the October 27th and she had picked up October 29th and signed she had received it. She had also stated that we had charged her a "tip" for install on accessories when it was clearly explained that it is what we charge to install the accessories if it requires labor from our technicians. I always give the customer the option if they want us to install and pay for us to install accessories that require a technician to install ,for example audio and electrical accessories, or they are welcome to install it themselves and she never argued it at the time of sale. We had an issue with her other accessories that we had already refunded back in 6-17-21 and she said she would still wait on the other accessories. With everything going on we have had back orders that go for months so we have made customer aware of that. In the end her issue was resolved and she has received her refund but we had mentioned we were working on a refund and never tried to with hold her money as we stated to her partner we would let her know when we had it ready and to be patient with us as the accountant has been working from home. I have some attachments where she received the check and her invoice showing the dealer prep that had been refunded previously
