I walked in looking at vehicles to purchase. I spoke with a person whose last name was “******” (unfortunately I don’t remember his first name) and we went through the process of getting my personal vehicle appraised. They offered me 2000$ for my vehicle which to me seemed like a low amount of money because my vehicles ****** **** **** valued it at 6000$. They then lied directly to my face telling me that the reason my vehicle was valued so slow was due to it having a salvaged title. I then tried to leave and was stopped by a manager who then tried to use scare tactics on me, by telling me that vehicle didn’t have very long left. And that if I crashed I could die due to the lack of airbags. They were like sharks the way they gathered around me to try and scare me into buying a overpriced ford focus. I went home and looked at vehicle title and no where on it does it say it’s a salvaged title. Afterwards I contacted the Santa Fe MVD division where they confirmed my vehicle is not a salvage.Business response

(Customer Service/Repair /Services Rendered) 07/23/2022 Purchased a 2021 VW Tiguan from Trey with promised repairs.. Scratch on back passenger side next to fuel cap & passenger front tire had a ball on the side wall. On 08/13/2022 Damaged tire was replaced with unmatched tire. During replacement of tire, rim was scratched down to the metal. Was also told by salesman that the body repair guy couldn't fix the scratch. I then spoke to Diego and was told it was too expensive to repair the scratch. On 10/05/2022, I spoke to Diego, he told me that they were in the process of having a new body repairman and trying to get another tire to match the other three tires. He said he would keep in touch with me on this matter.Business response

Permian Toyota will stand behind all written commitments communicated to you at the time of sale. Your salesperson and or the Sales Manager will be in touch with you tomorrow 11/22/22 to schedule an appointment to have all commitments addressed in a timely manner.
