              I went for help with a dental problem. I gave all insurance and NM Medicaid coverage information to the management before the appointment. I was told I was covered and I had no payment responsibility. My QMB Medicaid has been in effect since February 2020. It is fraud to try to collect money from a Medicaid patient with coverage. My account has been sent to a collection agency and now is on my credit report. I have reported the fraud of this company to the State of New Mexico Medicaid Division. I tried writing the corporate headquarters in Las Cruces with no response.

              Have a bad tooth, called kidskare & explained i been in pain for several days & i know the tooth has to be extracted!, they were evasive of giving me an answer if they can pull the bad tooth at my appointment if needed, they said had to get teeth cleaned first then see dentist & was up to both of them, hygienist and dentist, to do the work. I told the reception clerk repeatedly that I'm in pain & need it looked at!, she played with the words & said yes the dentist will look at it. I booked the appointment based apon that conversation, waited over two hours just to get two x-rays, no cleaning & the dentist did just what the receptionist said, just looked at it & left me to stay in pain for another five days!, Unbelievable!, Irresponsible!, Unprofessional!, Uncaring!, Inhumane!, Ridiculous!, they should have there license revoked!, For this atrocity!, & they can't retain information you tell them either, have to repeat yourself over & over & over same with paper work, six pages asking the same thing over & over very redundant!!. Other patience in front of me couldn't wait any longer have a life & it was taking so long!, they had to reschedule. This place makes dentistry look very bad!!!, over booking not caring about patience time & money!, there just money hungry!!. Never in my life have i had a dentistry saying have to get teeth cleaned first before anything is that legal?, is supposed to be an option not a requirement!!. Always came back for cleaning after the dental work at hand!, what a mistake going with this dentistry!, could have went to ****** & had it done faster!!!.
