            On March 19, 2024 I contracted Orozco's Dirt Work and Landscape to remove old driveway and pour a new cement driveway, and raise my 4 foot rock wall 2 feet x 117 feet long. While Ramon was removing the old driveway he damaged an adjoining driveway. He told me he would insure that he would make the connection to the new driveway perfect. I have asked him to this about five times since then and he refuses to do it. During the rock wall construction the workers made a mess on the three adjoining properties. They cleaned up the mess on one of the properties and refused to clean up the other two properties. They also did not finish the rock wall on the neighbors side of the walls. One of the neighbors paid $75.00 to have the mess cleaned up in her yard. I reimbursed her. Contractor allowed me a $200.00 discount to get permission notes from the neighbors and deal with the city to get a permit. Contractor told me we did not need a permit. I want my driveway fixed and the rock walls finished and mess cleaned up. I am seeking a $2,000.00 refund to cover my grief and inconvenience. It has been over a month and the contractor has made no attempt to fix it.
