              Another disappointment trying to find a surveyor in the BorderLand. I was very specific about the job specifications for a survey project. Because of ridiculous county regulations, I had reduced this project to its simplest level, which required me to submit revised specifications to CSTi from a previous submittal I sent them. CSTI asked for a meeting, which we had. In that meeting, I reiterated what was needed, but the partner there kept trying to make things more complicated, needlessly. He submitted a **************, that was more expensive than the previous estimate. He claimed that statute required him to do the survey that he was advocating. I asked him to please show me the wording in the statute that supported what he was saying and that I would agree with what he was proposing (I had read the statute several times and have a legal background and saw no such wording). He would not do it. I never heard from him again. Just unprofessional behavior.
