Banegas is a ***** and he'll take all your money and will not do what you hired him to do. This is the way he has run his business since 2001 and his criminal acts of ripping people off is his best quality. I am a former renter of Banegas. He accepted my $500.00 deposit when I moved into his filthy, disgusting trailer that I had to clean. When the ** started on fire because it hadn't had any maintenance in years, when the electric outlet began burning in kitchen wall and after I fell twice, due to vents not screwed into floor and holes in floor underneath the carpet and many other failures required to pass the *** inspection list. I was evicted by *** because **** as a landlord (and I use that term very loosely) failed to do necessary repairs. I became homeless. Although, I left that place 100% cleaner than it was when I moved in. He failed to return my $500 deposit, nor was I sent a letter within 30 days stating why he kept my deposit? This is ****'s way of doing business with anyone who hires him. He will take your money and then fail to do what was expected of him. Many people have experienced his lack of professionalism I noticed in his companies reviews. It appears (from what I observed) from ****'s lifestyle he has made a darn good living taking, yet not doing what he's been paid to do. That trailer should have never been allowed to be rented. He places bandaids on all the defects just to make it look rentable, after moving in I experienced the repercussions of ****'s business practices. His office manager is as bad as **** is. She keeps the office door locked and will not open if she knows who is standing on the other side is a customer or in my case a ripped off renter. How this guy has gotten away with his crooked business practices all these years is beyond belief. It costs money and time to take him to court and many of his ripped off customers just call hiring him "a loss" and move on. I will be taking him to court to get my 500 back. I have a year.
