Water Heater Installation completed by Medina Plumbing on 3/17/22 at a total of $728.07. Medina Plumbing was selected to change our gas water heater to an electric water heater that we purchased separately. Medina Plumbing installed the unit. I contacted after installation because the unit sits askew. Medina Plumbing sent a manager to inspect the installation. The manager noted that it lacked one shut off valve, the recirculator line should have been routed differently, and that a smaller leakage pan should have been used. In addition, for any repairs, plumbing changes coming from the house should have been addressed as well. Upon my request to correct the issues, I was told it would be an additional charge for the labor and parts. Had these issues been addressed at the beginning, it would have been fine. Medina Plumbing will not correct the issues without additional compensation.Customer response

I have received a resolution from my complaint to Medina's Plumbing and I would like to close this dispute as completed ( Re: ID # ******** - Medina's Plumbing, Heating and Cooling). Please advise as to what I need to do to complete this action.Thanks!

I paid Medina Plumbing of Lac Cruces $125.00 for the tightening of two faucets in my home approximately a month ago. One faucet has become completely out of the hole on the sink from a small tap on it and the other is still loose. I am unable to contact them by phone and text and they have no other means of contact. I would like the job done properly or my money returnedCustomer response
