      I am the athletic director at Center High School. My baseball coach ordered 110 baseball caps on Feb. 1, 2023, and subsequently paid for the hats on Feb. 28, 2023 for the amount of $2,950.00. This company has not delivered on the hats, nor have they responded to my many requests of issuing a refund in the amount of $1,775.00 for the 60 hats that were never delivered. We never received the 30 White/Black Fitted Custom, the 20 White/Royal Fitted custom, or the 10 Flat bill Snapbacks. Included is the receipt I have received that shows that we paid for the items. As it has been almost 3 months since this company has received our payment, I am requesting a refund on all items not received in the amount of $1,775.00.

      I am actually at a lost for words. I spoke to ***** ********* on 5/8 and notified her that the White/Black SnapBacks would be shipping on 5/8. I also advised her that once the Custom PTS65 were complete we would ship them. She then advised me to call here and let her know when the did ship so she could be looking out for them. 

      I have included a paid invoice that contradicts her claim they were paid for in February. Also I have included text communication with ****** Garcia, previous point of contact that once custom caps are ordered we’re unable to cancel order. Plus tracking info for White/Black SnapBacks. 

      At the moment we’re still awaiting arrival of custom hats  once they arrive we will decorate and ship them out.

      I am truly sorry it’s has gotten to this point and ***** felt she needed to take this step.

      We will continue to keep ***** in the loop and fulfill our agreed upon order in full. Thank You!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The tracking number that was provided simply shows that a label was created, NOT SHIPPED.  I have attached a screenshot of both the tracking number and UPS tracking website information.

      The text message that was provided does not provide a date as to when this message was written.  ****** ****** is NO longer an employee of this district, and should no longer be contacted about the missing items, which I have explained to this company.

      I understand that custom orders can't be refunded IF they have been already made.  The hats in question ARE NOT made yet.  I was told on May 8th, that they are waiting on a delivery of hats before they can customize them.  Since they have not begun customization, the refund can happen.

      Furthermore, how long does it take to make baseball hats?  These hats were ordered back in February, paid in February, and it is now the middle of May.  School is over and so is our baseball  season.  It should not take months to customize an order.  I am tired of the run-around and continued misinformation about when these hats will be shipped to me.

      There are 2 parts of your need addressing:

      1) Invoice was created on 2/28, changes were requested on 3/8, and invoice was paid on 3/13 by Amex Card #: ****. Our policy is to not start orders until invoice is paid or PO received. Which we didn’t receive until 3/13. 

       

      2.) Lines 3 & 4 Reference ****** (CUSTOM MODEL OF RICHARDSON’S STOCK PTS65), see attached Richardson PTS65 Models. I believe the confusion by your response is you believe that our decoration is what designates the the model ordered a “CUSTOM CAP” and that is a misunderstanding. ****** ordered them with a white front panel, which designates the cap as a “****** not STOCK PTS65” not our decoration. I am sorry for the confusion and a simple call to ****** could’ve clarified that for you. Should you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach out us.  Thank You!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As provided, the hats have still shipped according to UPS tracking information from May 24, 2023.  This has been a constant theme with this company, claiming they are shipping the merchandise, only to create a label, and the items never shipping.  We can continue to go round and round about this, but the fact still remains that I am not getting the merchandise that I have already paid for 2 months ago.  If you can not fulfill your commitment to produce a product, than that is on your company, not the consumer, and does not fall under your NO REFUND policy.  This has been going on for months, and I am tired of having to continually fight to get a product that was ordered and paid for, yet never received.  Our school year has ended.  Just refund the remainder of what is owed, since you are clearly not going to ship it any time soon.  Let's end this.

      Hello *****,

      I must apologize, we actually mislabeled your package. Customer has shipped it back to us we’re expecting it due back on Saturday. I will personally drop it off with UPS on Tuesday. 

      Could you please email us an email address we can use to forward proof of shipping all of our emails are getting refused by your public schools system. 

      If you are willing to cancel your claim through your Credit Card company we will refund you $1,550, or mail you a check, whichever you prefer. 

      We are truly sorry it got to this point and are willing to settle this ASAP.

      I am rejecting this response because:  As you can see from the attached shipping information from May 31, 2023, the hats have still not shipped.  I am willing to drop the credit card complaint when I have received the hats and the refund check, in the amount of $1,550, sent to the Center High School.  Once those two things have happened, I will contact the credit card company and drop the complaint.
