Have had problems since we started solar with this company and now we are still paying $280 for the solar panels and $300-$400 on our electric bill with Columbus electric. Electric company says it’s an issue with empyrean. Been calling and emailing and no answers!!! Empyrean said Columbus electric restricted how many panels we can have, and Columbus electric says they never said anything, so having trouble greeting help on either said. Why do we have a $300 electric bill if we have 30 solar panels? We are producing Mkhw but Columbus electric is giving me credit for only Khw, when I asked them they said empyrean is doing something wrong. Please help!
