My last visit on 16March, 2022 to the Martin Tire store on **********************************. was the worst experience I have ever had at a tire store, and my last time going to this store! There were 3 different people giving me 3 different stories, and prices on services performed. The first thing was miss information on what they did, and what they were charging me. One of the counter people was trying charge me for a oil change, and that was not what I had come there for! Plus there was a delay on the part that was needed to do the alignment, and they didn't even have the decency to let me know! I had not planned to spend most of the afternoon at the store, when they said it would be a hour or hour and a half. The 2 new tires were going to be $417.** then got a call and was told the labor for the alignment and the install of the alignment nut with washers was going to wave since the alignment was done the last time the vehicle had new tires installed, and one of the front tires was wearing bad on the outside of the tread. Each nut with a washer for the alignment was going to be $51.xx! That was going to be $517.** for that quote. Then get ready to pay the ****, and the manager says that is going to be $606.** for everything, and that was supposed to be a $50.00 discount for the alignment, and $50.00 off for the labor for the alignment, I was charged for the labor for the alignment, and the labor for installing the nuts with a washer, which was going to be waved! These 3 guys are not on the same page, and need to get there act together! I heard them say that they have been bought out, and seems to me their new employee's at this store, and the manager was one of the people at the counter! Was not happy at all for the miss information! I also wrote a note on the survey that was sent to me, and got a response saying the management would get ahold of me! Nothing heard so far!
