Inter cooler pipes for my 2015 Chevy Duramax that I took to them in June of 2023. And barely got my truck back and they lost the pipe I had bought. I tried calling and won’t pick up and left messages and no phone call returns. They had my truck for 9 months.Business response

Good morning,
First and foremost thank you for contacting me and allowing me to respond. I am ***** ********, Owner of Raven Diesel Performance. We are a independent company serving our Las Cruces, NM area since 2011. Mr Motez and ourselves have known each other for quite some time and over the years we have had a great opportunity to repair his vehicle. This last repair visit did start an extensive amount of calendar days ago and unfortunately had a lot of hold ups or push backs due to material or parts that we had to source. The client fist brought us some parts that did not end up working with the vehicle as we first had thought. An alternative solution was found and new parts were ordered. These parts came from different part suppliers and in order to match the color we had to outsource the parts to be powder coated through another company we work with. After all the parts we finished from powder coat, we continued with the installation. Upon completion, *** ****** came by to pick up the vehicle. At the end of our day while we were concluding with *** ******, he asked us for the parts he provided. Over the time that we weren't using them, we had them in their original box but misplaced the box and couldn't find it at that exact time. We advised *** ****** we will get it shipped to him as soon as it comes up and we find it. *** ****** was called to verify shipping address and the missing parts were delivered to him on Monday 03/08 by Fedex with Tracking Number ************. My deepest apologies for us taking as long as we did with the vehicle and for the delay in returning the parts. If there is any other questions please feel free to call me at ************* Thank you!
