      I was sold a Bad car after being promised it was a good car I was also over charge for the vehicle had multiple issues within the first 30 days, I asked to return the car and take my trade in vehicle back, Angelo stated my car had already been sold and that was not possible. I also asked to switch out the vehicle for a different car same value worth, just a car that wouldn’t give me problems, or to be refunded for what my trade-in car was sold for. The manager Angelo made me feel as if I didn’t have a choice but to let them try and fix the issues on the car, after trusting they will keep their word and fix the issues on the car, I had to take the car in on three separate occasions for issues the car had. After the first two times of having the car serviced and not be able to drive the car for 2 weeks out of the first two months of having the car, the issue still was not resolved. third repair was also a temporary quick fix and two months later issues still continue to occur. The car was also given to me with all four tires missing a lug nut. On top of that I was promised to have driver rearview mirror case replaced, they have still yet to replace the part. I’ve had the car five months and have already Had to put money into the car. The car only had 50,000 miles there’s no way these issues should be occurring. I have not drove the car over the 24,000 miles warranty that was included with vehicle. They are refusing to take accountability. I had nothing but a bad experience with this company and totally dissatisfied. The manager is unprofessional and a con artist. Would not recommend to anyone.

      Your Better Business Bureau Complaint #******** has been received and CreditCars response is provided below.

      The 2014 Chevrolet Cruz purchased by ***** ***** last year was sold in good faith.   The then 8-year old vehicle received a pre-sale mechanical and safety inspection that was completed by the dealership’s service center and accepted by the customer at the time of sale.  It must be understood that the vehicle purchased by Ms. ***** used with no warranty.  It must also be understood that since the purchase of the vehicle, to demonstrate our commitment to customer service and the vehicles we sell, CreditCars has completed a number of repairs at absolutely no cost to Ms. *****. 

      While understand and respect that Ms. ***** may be dissatisfied with the now 9-year car she purchased, with ownership of a vehicle comes financial responsibility for maintenance and upkeep (brakes for example).

      We thank you for the opportunity to provide a response to Complaint #******** and remain open to communication with your office.

      I am rejecting this response because: your stating the car is a good car, but also stating within the first 30 days of having vehicle there had to be multiple repairs. It was at no cost because of the inconvenience. Yes the car was purchased at the  end of last year however ive only had the car 5 months, & its been issue after issue. The issues are not minor issues such as BREAKS or Oil mantince as tried to down play. Break  went completely out while driving the vehicle with my children and I. By the grace of god no one was hurt. I had to pay for a tow & have the car repaired at my expense. No way this car should have been approved for a 17,000 $ loan. I shouldn’t have to be putting money into this car already outside of oil change maintenance. Im dissatisfied with the service I’ve e received. Things that were promised still have yet to be addressed. My car is still missing driver side mirror that was supposed to be replaced when first getting the vehicle. Its been nothing but a run around with credit cars, i also requested to have the car swap out for a different one when i was in the first 30 day period & was denied of that, which im In titled to. The car did come with warranty for 1 year or up to 2500 miles from original miles the car came with. Neither option has exceeded those terms.
