      On April 16 2022 I was contacted by fine tune radio about purchasing a radio from him, at that time I was told 3 to 6 months wait time, I told him that's not a problem.. At 6 months I contacted him he told me it would be a little longer due to parts, over the last 2 years I've been told the same thing over and over again..

      Product was never delivered. Contacted business owner, told me to be patient, 4 years is a long time to be patient. I am a disabled Veteran I shouldn't have spent the money in the first place, but I put it on a credit card. Still no product delivery.

      On 02/20/21 I purchased a Stryker 955 from Fine Tuned CB AKA **** *******. I was told the build time was three months. It is know 02/03/24, close enough to three years for me. Still no radio. Imagine that. I have contacted **** ******* AKA "mud duck in the desert" Several times only to get the usual response of "Your #****, One at a Time". That was the first year and a half or so. Then he had no idea for a bit cause he was hacked buy someone. Now the last year or so Ive been ignored and when you ask for a refund he just gives you the same old "One at a time, Your #****". I have been nothing but patient. Have never called screaming. Have never sent a nasty text. Anyone looking to do business with this guy watch out. Do a lot of research. It's not that hard. He is all over the internet and you tube. He is a very shady guy. Stand clear. All I want is a refund. That's it. Give me my money and I'll go my way and he can go his. I've given him this option the last few times we have communicated and I Still get "one at a time, your #****. I didn't want to do this even but after you keep hearing story after story of people getting "screwed" you gotta make a stand. This is it for me. I'll be contacting ****** also.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have waited long enough. It’s time to move on. I’m requesting a refund as I have many times. This is unacceptable.  It’s been years. A few month wait has turned into 3 years. Crazy bananas.  Just do the right thing Mr ******* and refund my money.

      august 2020 i purchased a cb radio from mark s****** payed in full. was told it wasnt ready in october of 2020. december of 2020 i asked when i would recieve it, was told not much longer. january of 2021 he had stated he was waiting on parts. august of 2021 i asked if it was ready and no response. asked him in may of 2022 no response until june of 2022 and was told getting closer. his account was hacked somewhere in the end of 2022-2023. march of 2023 i found another account that he had updated and asked for an update was told closer wont be much longer. august of 2023 i asked again, was told shouldnt be much longer sorry for the delay. i have sent another update request january of 2024 getting closer sorry for the delay.

      Purchased a CB radio Oct. 21, 2020. Seller said 3 months wait when purchased. Still have not received radio or refund. Seller appears to be lying or a scammer.

      I don't ship anymore until the second week of January. It's too dangerous.

      It'll be sent out by March. He'll have it by then. There was a major shortage of parts since COVID. The parts are in stock now.

      purchased a CB Radio on August 26, 2021 and have not received it to date. Purchased and paid $860.00 for it through Paypal. Vendor advised the product would be delivered within 4 months and Paypal will not assist on purchases after a 90 day period. Vendor advised that I am still on his waiting list.

      Purchased and paid in full for a CB radio back in September 2021 and still no product, money back or resolution. Made complaints to both PayPal and My financial institution and now looks like we need to take this to small claims court as the seller pro-longed and extended the amount of time it was going to take to receive our product. He has stolen money from us and has ignored us since May 2022. We should have done more research on this "business" if that's what you want to call it, before we made the purchase not knowing we were going to be ignored by the seller , out $880.00 and a huge headache that's lasted almost going on a year. I would not recommend this shady business to ANYONE. I wonder how many times he has done this because according to PayPal after my complaint it has said to be known he is unable to use PayPal. Very unprofessional and would highly suggest knowing who your ordering items from and making sure they are legit. We want and deserve a refund of $880, I mean, its only been a year ( who does that) and if we don't get one I will summit the necessary documents provided to me from PayPal that's needed to start the small claim case. I have already notified the law enforcement @ PayPal and its an open case that we will resolve, even if I have to get a Lawyer
