Hired the landscapers to install turf and sprinkler system. The grass was almost dead when they installed it and they stated that it will be fine. The installers set the sprinkler system and said to leave it on the timer which floods the patio. They promised that they would replace the dead grass as this was the last of the sod they had available. During the winter, we called and complained about the grass and bushes and they said they were fine. When spring came, they said they were bust and would come out as soon as they were able. Today they arrived and refused to replace anything. When asked how was in charge and gentleman said me then ignored. I asked for the boss and he said a name. I asked for the phone number and he said "find it". I told him if he is in charge, he shouldn't talk to customers like that. He proceeded to call me a name in Spanish (I won't repeat it here) so I asked him to leave my property. Once I got the manager on the phone, I was told to be reasonable and let him back to finish the job. Horrible customer service, they won't stand by their product, and they expect me to take rude customer service from their staff. They are not concerned how this makes people feel. I would like my sod replaced, drainage fixed so water doesn't come onto the patio, sprinklers aligned, trenches filled, and an apology!!Business response

******,We are happy to assist you with all concerns and always have been.There was definitely warranty concerns regarding the compaction of the irrigation trenches which have since been addressed. We have never dealt directly with ****** and have never met him in person. We have dealt with Mrs ****** directly ongoing since the inital estimate and installation approximately 9 months ago.We scheduled 2 consultations Prior to any repair and sent out a crew of 3 men to facilitate warranty work at the schedule time facilitated.We understand that ****** enter the communication late in the game and expressed extreme frustration. In spite of derogatory comments made by the Mr. ******, we agreed to assist with their concers and honor any Warranty items and professionals address concerns.A follow up appointment was facilitated on May 24th 2023 with our Residential VP of opperations.He reset the timer that was incorrectly set. And instructed a course of action and specific instructions on an onsite walk through with Ms ******. Full video was recorded during the walk through to document the steps and processes facilitated.Due to the four dogs and excessive damage done to the grass area, it does exceed the scope of warranty covered by Alliance Landscaping Inc as far as grass replacement.Alliance Landscaping is in communication with the ******s regarding the proper use and recommended watering of their grass area.It was stated by both Mr and Mrs ****** to myself directly that they were not looking for Alliance Landscaping Inc to warranty or replace the grass. They stated that they are not feom NM and really needed help specific direction and education as to how to properly care and water their grass for future use.Alliance Landscaping Inc did recommended grass replacement in the compromised areas to absorb the water and prevent mud. Ms ****** stated that they have attempted seeding in recent weeks and that was the need for excessive watering and the the ponding of water by the patio. It was also recommended that the dogs stay off the lawn for at least 30 days well it activates. 3rd you're either you're in and trafficingredients could adversely effect the viability of the new grass.Our VP of operations spent an hour on site on the 24th of May running through all 6 stations of irrigation and sprinklers assuring proper coverage and adjustments.Recommended that the customer utilize sod for replacement as aposed to seed due to the watering variations on the existing lawn and seed.Alliance Landscaping Inc scheduled a follow up call with the ******'s for the 30th of May to consult with additional watering recommendations once the yard dried off from the over watering.We are in close communication with the ******s and will continue to assist with helping them better learn their irrigation system and proper watering for our dry NM temperament.Please see attached photosThank you****** ********* ******** *********** **** ** *** ***** *********** ** ***** ************ ****** ************ ***
