      1. Wed. July 13th All Season's Roofing departed after putting their roof protocol on our beautiful pueblo home, including three Roof Terraces. They left without Project Manager doing a walk-through... We were full of despair when seeing our once lovely Terraces...especially my Retreat Terrace...Ugly TPO & METAL undulates at different heights around the parameter above the boards and looks like a 3rd world industrial storage pen. 2. Put a review out that night upon which the project manager called and asked us to take review down so that he could have a chance to correct as he never saw finished product. I did. 3. When All Season's Roofing Project Manager came he did not measure because he said it didn't matter if measurements were off, but offered to let us know in a few days how much their BID would be to repair what they'd done. One week after the roof was installed there is rusting showing up on the Master Suite Terrace which suggests steel nails were used on an aluminum strip, 4. Your home will NOT look like the one of their ******** page...Heavy use of EXPOSED metal high throughout, raising temperatures and causing high reflective glare...aside from the train wreck Terrace. The saddest aspect is that the Owner and Project Manager seemed like good guys, and completely had our trust. If you are considering using them, we discovered that there is significant friction within the company principals which may be the issue, so do your homework before getting entangled. Our insurance company ******** has recommended not signing off of the paperwork till it is corrected, as it is one of the worse jobs they had ever seen...but, we still do not even HAVE the paperwork to review or anything with signatures or scope of work. Called the company owner but he is unavailable till next Monday. They are charging us $4,200 for this work...dreadful finishing protocol and zero administrative integrity is what you can expect.

We deeply apologize the customer feels this way. We were first made aware of the issue when the customer put a review up and we quickly wanted to jump to a resolution. Once we were made aware we went to the property to get a plan of action rolling and figure out a way to get this completed which wasn't easy. Since this was an aesthetic issue, we asked beforehand if the customer would be willing to cover the 4x4s to raise the decking on the terrace which they agreed to, and All Seasons would take care of everything else. The cost the customer would be taking on and agreed to would be $1,400.00 not exactly sure where the $4,200.00 is from. We recently finished the aesthetic repair for the terrace which the homeowners know about because we coordinated with them to get it finished as well as them being at the home well, we finished the repairs which isn't mentioned or pictured by the customer. We haven't inquired about payment from the insurance claim or repair until we knew the homeowner was satisfied.

In October 2021 All Seasons installed a full new TPO roof on our residence. We paid them $25,290. This roof came with a warranty against leaks. This roof also came with them installing all new HVAC Ductwork on the roof also. Shortly after the roof was installed small leaks started developing around our HVAC vents in the house. We contacted All Seasons and they told us that this was in part because the HVAC was leaking. They installed the HVAC. They attempted to fix the leaks, but after 2 years they are still leaking. Our roof came with a 10 year warranty, and they have never honored it once. We demand that they fix this leaking. It seems to be getting worse. We now have a Very serious leak in a bedroom without any HVAC. This is being caused by a tear in the roof. They have been giving us the run around for over 2 years, and have not fixed or taken responsibility for their warranty. We now have a MAJOR leak in our roof, and All Seasons is not honoring their warranty. We would like this issue to be taken seriously. There is now damage to my internal house.

On April 30, 2019 All Seasons Roofing installed a NEW roof at my address. There is a 5-year warranty on labor and 30-year warranty on roofing. As the monsoons began a leak appeared so I contacted them to address the issue. Was contacted by one Ted J******** on June 22, 2022, and told I'd be hearing from them and a repair crew sent. AS of Monday, June 27. 2022 I have not seen a crew and when contacted by Ted J******** this morning was told he was ONLY and middle man and could do nothing to address the issue.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against "All Seasons Roofing and Contracting" for negligence and not complying with original contract in repairing property owners dwelling. They were given the task to repair the entire property claim. On April 3, 2020, we paid $20,053.30 for roof repair (3-building structures' — insurance claim). The home (**** **** ****** ** ** Albuquerque NM, *****) is insured by Safeco Insurance Company. About 2 years ago in Albuquerque NM we had major weather that damaged three structures at our residence. Contacted Safeco and placed a claim (Claim Number #************). The claim agent that was assigned was **** ******** and the Estimator agent ****** ******** both from Safeco Insurance Company (Liberty Mutual Insurance **** *** ****** Los Angeles, CA 90051-5097) responded. During the pandemic it took some time to find a roofer and we finally did, "All Seasons Roofing and Contracting in Albuquerque. (Address: **** ***** **** *** **** *, Albuquerque NM 87107 (###-###-####)). All Seasons Roofing accepted Safeco Insurance Company estimated for three structures and they started and completed the job in March-April 2020. (At that time we thought the entire property claim was completed). This year we had additional wind & rain damage that brought it to our attention. Borrowed a tall ladder from the neighbor and inspected the three roofs. The main house structure has internal rain seepage, in a small area. Tried to narrow down where on the outer roof location it is coming through. Shed-1, the obvious is a hang full of full-shingles was blown off the roof on one side and the other side is missing a full-shingle piece. Shed-2 which is all metal a main cap cover has torn off on the top and it is hanging off. The entire roof was going to be repaired or replaced, nothing was done. As of today May 31, 2022, I have been patiently waiting for All Seasons Roofing to contact me or come by and inspect the damages/past non-repairs completions. I have been contacting the roofing company for about 2 months now by phone and even went to visit them at their shop on Edith, asked, what and why it is taking so long to come by our home. I have even taken them a copy of Safeco Insurance Estimator report with pictures of the current damages and non-repairs and gave the report/pictures to the dispatch office manager. My last call was made May 19, 2022 (11:27a) to a young man name DeAngelo who answers the phone for the roofing company. I stated my name and wanted to know when a roofing inspector will be coming over. His answer was "you are on the board just waiting for someone to contact you". The last item on the inspection report is that the estimators inspected the internal structure of the  home and found damage as well. Drywall needed to be scraped, repaired, replace, hung, taped, then  ready for texture. Possible replace insulation then finally paints the ceiling. The entire insurance check was used to pay the main exterior roof on the home only ($20,053.30).
