I have been trying to get my services resolved and fixed for weeks. I have been nothing but patient and understanding about everyone there being out sick but my internet speed is still beyond slow. My roof was replaced a few weeks back and I took 2 and a half days of UNPAID time for work because the company had people out sick so there was nothing they could do. I was totally understanding and took the hit on my paycheck. Yet, this is the type of treatment I am getting. I am paying for the highest services and paying $113 a month for upload speeds of ***** Kbps and download of ****** Kbps (soooo not what it should be by the way). I finally got someone to answer my call last week and they could not have cared less about my issues. I have been told its because my printer is connected to wifi as well as 2 phones and an iPad (which by the way, never used to matter and for the amount of money i pay for the highestspeeds and best package, it shouldnt matter) and they literally told me that things just change sometimes and that if I didnt like it that I was more than happy to find services with a different company. I work from home for an insurance company and take calls all day. Me having this crappy of service is heavily impacting my job and I have expressed that over and over again to them. The lack of customer service is INSANE. I have read reviews of this company treating their customers this way if they show even an ounce of frustration and have seen reviews of people experiencing exactly what I am. I have called 3X a day for a week and a half strait and am not reaching anyone. Left a nasty frustrated VM yesterday and still nothing. I whole heartedly believe I am flat out being ignored. What this company does is WRONG. They know that they are one of the only internet companies in the area so they abuse their power, walk all over you, leave you hanging and yet still take your money because they feel like they can. I have a really hard time with people being taken advantage of and being treated poorly. A really hard time with it and enough is enough.
