I bought a 2018 Chevy Suburban (June 2023) from the dealership mention. I notified them of ALL the issues I was having with the vehicle within the time frame of their warranty. They had my truck in and out of their shop several times (with no results) over couple of months. Then they took my truck to ******* dealership in ******** ( 8/23-10/23). They only fixed one of the problems. They were unable to find the problem that was a safety issue I was telling them. They said it was a "steering gear". Was never addressed. ******* told me they needed to buy the vehicle back. They declined. Other the last 8 months. I have had several people look it. I finally got answers last Wednesday ( July 24, 2024). To my SHOCK the transmission they said was being installed before I bought it, is failing, The issues I am having is a result, due to transmission torque converter locking in and out several times a second. I also learned that the vehicle lost communication with inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module, lost communication with electronic brake control module, lost communication with the power steering control module among much more. Air bags system disabled, Transfer case/rear axle, neither have ever been serviced, both of them fluids are black, brunt and full of metal. Starter main engine harness is zippy tied. Many other issues that are not as critical, Every shock and bushings are bad/blown, pinion is leaking, At some point someone jump or overloaded for hauling, the bumpers on rear axle have traveled over 6" leaving marks and taking off paint on leaf springs, major oil leak at vacuum pump, Driver axle seal is leaking. This vehicle is my only transportation, I have no choice but to drive this vehicle since purchase. The vehicle is throwing lots of codes but I have never had a check light come on. Vehicle needed rotors that were warp and brakes that were less then 40% and another oil change, they did a 33 point inspection on the 24th. 2 carfax, don't match, etcBusiness response

You have had the vehicle for over a year and have put 25k miles on it. And that is the strangest "shop inspection" I have ever seen. I wish the inspection had the name and contact info for the shop that provided it since they have the ability to determine how many miles are left on the drive train components- that is extremely impressive. Sounds like you are in good hands and that they are qualified to keep your vehicle on the road. Take care now.
