I had a leak in my kitchen i called D AND D Heating and plumbing company they came in and they worked on the sink they had showed me that they had the parts but when they left the same issue happened the next day I payed them 130 dollars in full. They had to come back with parts they were suppose to put in the first time they did not replace the whole cartridge which they were suppose to do the first time now im being sent another almost 100 dollar bill for something they shouldve took care of the first time .NOW there telling me they want the money now and dont want to give me time they said there going to put a late fee on me !? Because i cant pay it when they want it . First off they did not come with the parts the first day they kept my old parts still in the faucet . Also the 130 theres no break down just a bill . Now i get another bill with a breakdown doesn't make sense to me i shouldnt have to pay twice that 130.00 shouldve took care of the whole work that wasnt done right the first time ! I have dealt with them before and they never double a price on me when I had the issue with the havoc and the tech they sent out didn’t even notice the plug he had to come back they did not charge me because it was his fault he did not see the plug . So why charge me extra for something they didn’t do right ?

Ok these guys came twice and made the faucet worse now I can’t turn off the water at all and now it’s trying to flood I want them to give me my full 130 dollars back they did not fix the issue ! And now they made this a serious issue !

We went out and fixed a leak. She called back and said it was still leaking so we went back out. My office didn't charge her again for another service call but did charge her for the parts. She paid once for it and she didn't need to pay again so we did cancel the charge.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
D&D plumbers made the problem worst. The water started coming out of faucet more than before. Then I could not turn water off at all. The parts had to be defective, or the employee did not know how to correct the problem. I paid them $130.10 cents for nothing. Then they attempted to charge me another $97.+ dollars. However, I had to complain about that and it was removed. I’m still out of $130.00 and have to get someone else to fix what they could not do. I’m a senior and they seem to have no shame for what they did. Some people don’t understand that you reap what you sow.

I have had no knowledge of anything getting worse or not working when we came out originally we replaced boots and springs inside the faucet complaint call back later on the same day said that it was still leaking the next day we sent a tech back out, said the cartridge needed to be replaced to fix the problem replaced the cartridge close the work order out my secretary did not charge for another service call just charge for parts. I was unaware of the charges once I was made aware I called the complaint and told her do not worry about the second invoice for the part that we changed out on the second day , I told her that we should’ve had it taken care of the first time we were out as far as I know she was happy with the results have not heard back from her since contacted. You guys explain the situation now I have another complaint saying that it is worse than before, and now she wants a full refund. I was not made aware that the problem was not fixed or got worse when we left property faucet was no longer leaking , I need somebody’s permission or acknowledgment for me to go back and try to make necessary arrangements to either replace or fix kitchen faucet. Please let me know what I need to do to move forward. Thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I had to get another company to correct the problem and was told the work was done incorrectly . that’s why the serious leak occurred D and D plumbing did not fix the problem and made it more serious I should get money refunded because of there incompetence Unacceptable ! Would like a full refund !
