1. wrong key. **** gave me a key for ****** 4x4 2. which broke first time use. Hook Broke. Cable Broke. 3. ******* - fluid leak 5 mo. before leak got fixed in Santa Fe. ***** set appointment and then canceled and rescheduled to fix ******* leak. I could not wait another mo. Scheduled with Santa Fe in July 2023. Big confrontation with **** ******. They canceled my appointment for March. * * * 1. **** ****** gave me 2 keys one key is for a ****** 4x4. It looks just like the ******** mule mx key. I called 3 time regarding the wrong key. They said they would make me another key. Never got it. 2. Next, first time use, which broke. Hook Broke off - Cable broke after I put a new hook. I made on appointment to get it fixed or replaced on February 2023. 3. Made appointment to fix ******* leak appointment was scheduled 4 months out. Then I get a call that the appointment was canceled. Got new appointment to get it fixed a month later. I had the mule with ******* leak for 5 months. I took The mule to ***** ** *********** in July 23. They fixed the leak. 4. I made an appointment for the winch to be fixed or replaced - Appointment set for March 18th 2024. Twice the appointment were canceled. On Feb. 27, 2024 I had a big confrontation with **** the owner regarding the wrong key. He told me one key was for a ****** 4x4 - after I showed him The two keys. So I said you played a joke on me to see if I got stuck in the mountains - which I did and **** went off the wagon. Told me to get The **** out of his store Two-Three times. then he said I will kick your ****ing ***. I said you can try and he flew out from the back of the counter and started after me. I was lucky that the Employee (Lady) got my arm told me it's ok. Walked me out (very nice). **** was still cussing me out. 5. Next day They Canceled My Appointment for March 8, 2024. If there is a video it will show entire attack.Business response

The consumer bought a side-by-side from us over two years ago and there were no problems with it. There was a problem with the wench which was a factory option. ******** only does 90 days warranties on installed aftermarket parts. The warranty had expired. He wanted us to give him a new wench. We called ******** and they told us to have him bring it in and they may cover it under customer satisfaction. The consumer came in and demanded the wench right away. I told him what the manufacturer said. We let him know the warranty had ended. I explained to him we couldn't give him a wench and he would need to bring it in the machine for us to look at it. He was yelling at my employees. We will not be able to refund him because the machine was purchased over two years ago. He hasn't been to our store since purchasing the machine.
