Yeala sync skin charged me for a product I never bought, never even looked at. It is a fraudulent charge and the number and email they provide on their website is non existent. This business is a fraud and doesn't even have working phone number. I have never even heard of this business and have been charged 99.95 and gotten no response from a fraudulent email address and their phone number is disconnected. this business needs to be shut down immediately!Initial Complaint

My ********** statement has shown three charges ($99.95 each) from this company —- 11/22/22, 12/23/22, and 1/23/23. As far as I can tell from their sketchy website, they sell fish oil and “male enhancement” drugs, neither of which I have ever ordered. I have hesitated to report fraud to ********** because they will cancel my card and send me a new one, and it such a chore to give a new card number to the many organizations where I have legitimate recurring bills and charges. Instead, I have tried to get ********** to investigate (I haven’t heard a word from them), and I have e-mailed and called Yeala, with no response. I think this is a case of identity theft because Yeala is using my personal financial information without my permission, and I am getting ready to report fraud. But I would like to give them a chance to refund the charges. Can you have them contact me to settle this. Thank you.Customer response

Update: I checked my ********** statement today and I see that on 2/6, the Yeala Jolly Group (*********************) refunded the $99.95 they charged me in November, December, and January for products I never ordered or received. That is the same day I finally got a human being on the phone at their number, and that person seemed to know about the charges and told me quickly that the charges would be refunded. That was quick! Had they gotten a complaint from BBB that day, I wonder? Anyway, I think this case can be closed. But I suggest you investigate this company.
